It's okay Updated on 05/27/2019 05/27/2019 Did NOT have a good experience tonight. My friend got a Crispy Chicken sandwich and the meat was so extremely hard & old! Then when I told the front cashier Tina she took it back to the cook and the night manager Steph. Tina told both the cook and manager what sandwich it was and went back to her job. They made the wrong sandwich (Spicy Chicken JR). When I told them that it was to be a 2/$6 Crispy Chicken sandwich, the night manager Steph started yelling at Tina for telling them the wrong sandwich (which Tina did tell them the correct one!) This manager yelled at her in the front of the restaurant in front of ALL the customers (including the people at the drive thru window!) That was very unprofessional of a âManagerâ to do!! So I made sure that I said something to the manager and left her know she had NO RIGHT to do that to that poor woman when it was YOUR...
   Read moreI always have such positive experiences when I get a last-minute craving for chicken fries and onion rings 5 minutes before they close... Everybody's always so friendly and polite through the drive-thru and patient when I'm fumbling around in my purse not prepared (unintentionally I promise). The food is not ever cold or sogg y like one would more than likely expect 5 minutes before closing time... They are mindful enough and courteous enough to make sure they're getting the customer a fresh good hot paid for and expected order to them regardless if inconvenience or just sheer unfriendlyness... Thank you guys for always making my impromptu late night cravings my late night...
   Read moremy trip to burger king was nothing less than whimsical last weekend. i ordered chicken fries, a whopper jr with just sesame seeds and ONE sliver of onion. the girl at the window (kylie i think) fulfilled ALL of my requests. she shot the chicken right in front of me and told me they only make their chicken fries âfreaky freshâ. i was a bit confused, but i didnât have time to think about it because before i knew it my guinea pig (chuck) had stopped breathing. kylie LEAPT through my window, and began giving chuck cpr in the burger king drive thru. ive never had somebody give so much for just a customer. truly...
