City Diner (under new management) — Restaurant in Flint

There has recently been a chance of ownership. The new proprietor has made the portions smaller than advertised, uses substandard ingredients including outdated food, does not practice safe food handling and refuses to pay his employees what they have earned which might lead to anything. He is just 23 years old and doesn't posses a level of maturity that in my opinion is necessary to manage the day to day operations of a restaurant. Eat here with extreme caution and patience because customer service is non existant and employees seem to be quite impaired often. Eating here is like playing Russian roulette. Very poor customer. The white lady was cracked out messing up orders and strung out on her phone texting while people are in the lobby and drive thur. Today I tried calling in a order the lady said “can you call back 15-20mins I’m backed up on orders” my boyfriend was alrdy walking up there and he said the lobby was cleared and so was the lobby and when he asked her (the black lady) she said it was packed a few mins ago. It was never packed. He was there in two mins after I called. Not only to mention that another day the cook walked out! In the middle off cooking so I had to wait till they found another cook. Ok food is a good depending on how the cook feels if he's mad you might get a brown omelet. Turn your car off and be prepared to wait at least fourth five minutes for two coney's. I'm sorry leave your car on! There are dope feins and hungry looking black guys all over the place.
