Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Flippin

I never like to complain and I always leave a tip. However I ordered a cheese burger that cost $5 and I could only stomach half of it. They put about a jar of mayonnaise and a jar of mustard on it for one thing and another thing it was cold very cold! Cheese was not melted at all. I am on a fixed income and hardly ever go out to eat. I guess I should have told them about it but I was scared they might spit on the next Burger. I guess I just think they need to be trained better or care more about their customers. Thank you...

Used drive thru window and had very hard time hearing the order taker named Kaydence . Ordered two # 3 one with no Mayo, Ketchup or mustered and the other with everything on it. Order taker asked several questions about the order which were answered. At window I confirmed that the she got the order as I asked for and she said yes. When I got home one of the burgers were plain with nothing on it. Fries were old and cold and I had ordered a vanilla Dr. Pepper and got a reg Dr. Pepper. Service was poor and food...

I had to go to two different places to get my slush, the first one ( after ordering on the app we were told after the fact when bringing out the rest of the order that their slushy machine was not working and so we had to get a refund and then pay full price at the other sonic, and then at the second one had to repeat the order three times and then she repeated something totally different back because she clearly was not listening and then she was very rude when giving change. It will be quite a while...
