To everyone complaining about the holiday meal if your criticism isn't constructive please don't bother to complain, a constructive criticism here: what was up with the veggie option there were barley any veggies and a bunch of cheese who eats cheese by itself and especially that much cheese, and why was't brownies enough for everyone? And one last thing it's not a holliday for everyone for native Americans thanksgiving is a day of mourning obviously it has to do with the Americas colonial past, also we have a very diverse hard working immigrant communities here who simply don't celebrate that ''holiday'' back home, why force them to practice our culture if they don't want to, but hey we still don't mind the free food so it could be just called free meals day but with more veggies not...

I’ve always given Big Rays 5 stars however after today unfortunately I don’t think my family and I will be returning unless something changes. First thing and most importantly was the fact when I walked in, none of the staff were wearing gloves or masks. No precautions were taken at all and waiting on customers with no masks on as well. Second, they didn’t even start the order I had placed on the phone prior to coming in. I don’t know what happened to Ray’s because they were always very polite and friendly and I had been there during Covid prior to today and they wore masks and gloves but until they take the necessary precautions to run their place and be professional and friendly we will not...

I walked into the restaurant yesterday during my lunch, which I have 30 minutes. I asked the man at the counter how long did he think it would take to make a small hoagie. He said WHAT, very rudely. I said nevermind and proceeded to leave. He yelled at me from the counter saying, why are you in a rush? I then said nicely.”nevermind sir, it’s ok.” Then I left.
