The cakes are amazing! I have a lot of food allergies and hadn't been able to find any recipes or desserts at all that I could eat. I had given up hope and had not gotten to enjoy any treats for nearly a year. Enter The Kneaded Cupboard. Rose sat down with me and carefully looked at all my allergies and invented cakes that I can eat. Not only can I eat them, but I want to. None of my friends can even tell these amazing desserts are allergy friendly. They taste so good and are beautiful to look at. I have been fortunate enough to have gotten to enjoy many cakes from Rose and I've never had anything other than five star service and products. They also freeze beautifully. I usually order a couple cakes at a time because I live out of the area. I pick them up frozen and transport with dry ice. I cut them into servings while it is still frozen and put them back in the freezer so I can have treats any time. A meat cleaver works great for cutting the cakes while still frozen.
