We arrived here after considering numerous other places on a recommendation from a couple co-workers. Friday, very early dinner (4:30). The parking lot isn't small, but it seemed crammed and full. We were lucky to get a spot pretty close. The dining area were tables and chairs, but not a huge area Their beers and food were stacked and used as walls. There were peanuts in bowls on the table. The dining area was not too busy, but they sat us next to the kitchen and bar area, which looked off the hook.

We had our 2.5 yo daughter with us. They asked if she needed a highchair. The tables have disposable paper on top, which is great! I should've brought crayons or the restaurant could have provided (hint, hint!)

Our waitress, was Katie. She was very nice and accomadating, though the service was sloooow. I asked her what to get as they have seafood, BBQ, and steakhouse type foods. She suggested BBQ pork, prime rib, and said the only seafood she'd ever had there was the shrimp. I had the early bird prime rib (medium-rare, thank you!) with a Ceasar salad and sweet potato. My husband had a Burger and we ordered hot dogs and fries off the kid's menu. We both had cokes. We were asked if we wanted corn bread muffins, which they brought out with soft butter. They were ok.

The prime rib was fatty and not that good melt in your mouth fat. The aus jus was amazing but just a small amount on top. The meat itself was tasty. The Ceasar salad was good and a large portion, but the sweet potato was under-cooked and cold. My husbands burger was a double decker and he ended up taking one patty off and only eating about 3/4ths of it. The fries weren't great. My daughter who loves fries didn't even eat them. Her mini hotdogs were amazing lol.

I don't intend this to be a negative review as I enjoyed it and think this place either WAS good or has the potential to BE good or both, but definitely falls short.

As we left, the very small lobby area was packed with people waiting, but most of the dining tables were empty. I THINK this place needs more staff, as I didn't see bus boys or even that many waiters.

Overall, it was relatively cheap for our meal, (mostly thanks to the early bird special from I believe 4 to 6 or 3 to 5. It said on the menu), $53 with tip. It was mostly an older crowd but I did see another couple with a small toddler as well.

At first, I said I wouldn't visit again but would give it another chance if their food was stepped up another notch, service was faster and perhaps made it a little more...

Come on in, grab a drink, look around, stay for a meal! This place is all about the creative interior decor as well as an extensive menu. BBQ, seafood, steaks, burgers and lots more. Built from mostly recycled lumber, bricks and more. Add to that with fishing and hunting decorations and mounts and the ambiance resembles a lodge. This was our first visit and decision making was difficult, but made much easier with the friendly guidance from our outstanding server Kassidy. We started off with some beverages. Fountain soft drinks run $2.95 and a 24 ounce Michelob amber tap beer runs $3.75 - yes, 24 ounce. My daughter ordered the BBQ Pork Platter ($15.95) with house salad and a loaded potato as sides. My wife selected the Wood Fire 1/2 Grilled Chicken ($13.99) with a baked sweet potato with cinnamon butter and southern green beans as sides. I opted for the Beef Tex Mex Fajitas ($17.49) with house salad and loaded potato sides. Kassidy returned quickly with a huge bowl full of salad ingredients and tossed the salad tableside with our selected ranch dressing, breaking stride for just a second for a Kodak moment. The salad is comprised of mixed greens, tomatoes, shredded cheese, bacon, boiled egg and onions. It was cold, crisp, delicious and is bottomless, but with the portion sizes that this place serves, you won't finish what they serve the first time. The loaded potato side is a meal in itself. A monster russet baker with butter, sour cream, shredded cheese and real bacon bits. Hot, great flavor and there's no way you'll finish this either. The BBQ pork was excellent, tender and plentiful. The chicken is first marinated in something like a Cuban mojo, smoked, then grilled. The jumbo sweet potato side became extra delicious after topping it with the cinnamon butter. Wow! And now for my Fajitas. The sizzling platter came out with numerous thick slices of grilled steak or brisket that sat atop a bed of green and red peppers and onions. A second platter with shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo was delivered to me along with a package of grilled, but soft flour tortillas. The steak had been seared perfectly on the grill before cutting and it was incredibly tender. No doubt, these were the best fajitas I have ever had. Entree and sides portions are big and take home containers make enjoying the meal at home a second time possible. Thanks again Kassidy! We can't wait to go back there. And check out the creative urinal target in the...

Bubba's Roadhouse & Saloon Cape Corral 7-26-25 All I can say is wow I was really impressed by their food and service. We stopped in on a Saturday about 4:40pm. Place was about half filled and we got a table right away. This place is old school Florida as it has peanut shells on the floor from the free Peanuts on the tables. If you want fancy this place is not for you but if you want great food at a reasonable price this place is right down your ally. Our waitress Patty was on point with our ordered and any needs we had. I ordered a 13oz Prime Rib med well with Baked Potato and Salad. I also ordered the 6-inch Onion Ring appetizer tower for both of us. My wife ordered the 9 oz Filet Mignon med cooked wrapped in Bacon with Baked Potato and Salad. To start with they brought out a basket with some kind of bread muffins in it. That was ok but I believe I would have rather had soft fresh rolls to go with our Steaks. Our appetizer Onion Ring Tower came out next. This Onion Tower was huge, and the Onion Rings tasted amazing. Patty brought our salad and mixed it right at our table and split in into two for us both to eat. This Salad tasted fresh, and I love that they served it cold and there was plenty to go around. Our steaks came out next with the Baked Potatoes. My Prime Rib looked so good, and it was done perfect. The baked Potato was also up to par with plenty of Butter and Sour Cream on it. My wife’s Filet was also done just the way she likes it and the Bacon took this cut of meat to the next level. Her baked Potato was also good. All our food was hot and very tasty. We could barely eat all that was on our plates, but it was too good not to finish it all. I did take a bite of my wife’s Filet Mignon and the flavor and sear was perfect. Do NOT pass up eating here. The Food is very good and the service that we got from Patty was all top notch. This place is not overpriced and is very reasonable when it comes to cost and the portions are still big. I must give this place a 5 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow Me For More Reviews &...

If you are looking for prim and proper this is definitely not the place for you. If you're looking for delicious food with a small town feel make sure you stop by. From the drinks to the dinners everything was excellent. Steaks have a smoked taste with a tender texture. Fish was fresh tasting with a perfectly fried crust. Will we go back, no. The place looks like it has never been cleaned. If the dining room and porch look anything like their kitchen....I'll pass.***Update...We went here for a steak dinner and this time we sat inside. I have attached two new photos. Please note the difference in the color of the floor. It's "clean" under the benches where they apparently store their potatoes for an unknown amount of time. Service was with a grunt and a smirk. The place is filthy. We were sat near the bathrooms and I can not imagine what kind of germ infestation was happening in them, but from what I could see, they to were in desperate need of a deep clean. Best of luck to you if you choose to eat/drink there.
