I have been to this location 3 times since It reopened after Hurricane Michael And then again after CoVid. All three time the service was terrible. Today Was my third try as I attempted To place an online order. I sat in line for 15 mins with 3 cars before me and 2 behind me. Finally a you f gentleman came out and said the system was Down. I advised him that I ordered online and he directed me to drive around. I waited 5-10 mins at the window with no one ever acknowledging or greeting me at the window. The restaurant is open for dine-in however all doors were locked, no signs outside, and no one coming to the door when patron are knocking. I finally called after standing outside for 10 more mins and the you g man on the phone asked me to drive through again but I explained the line had several cars again in it and asked him to walk out my order since the door was locked. The poor guy was obviously overwhelmed and flusters. Did. It know how to take care of the situation at all. This location is in BAD BAD need of a good manager. There should, at the least be signs on the drive through advising that the system is down and that patrons can place online order and either come inside for pick up or dine inside. No explanation to patrons at all is unexceptable for a business that Is servicing the public. MT kids love Burger King but the only reliable one, it seems, is in Pensacola when we go...
Read moreIâve Lived near this location for a few years now and even before Hurricane Michael it was lackluster and under poor management, now unfortunately it seems to be worse. Bad food, bad CSR skills, and itâs ran by teenagers for the most part. Worst of all, today I go go get food for me and my kids for lunch and there is a long line in the drive through (which is standard nowadays). This line however ended up with the SINGLE employee of the restaurant just closing the store and not taking any more orders. ON A SUNDAY! IN FLORIDA! At this point this location would be better for a different franchise of a different company.
0 stars if I could.
And by the way this is the only Burger King left until the new one Is finished ACROSS TOWN.
Edit as of 3/27/21
STILL CLOSING EARLY/RANDOMLY DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT, STILL THE WORST LOCATION IN TOWN.
Long waits, bad staff, horrible GM
WHY has BK corporation NOT said anything to this horrible franchise owner. EITHER FIX THIS LOCATION OR SELL IT TO A RESTAURANT THAT WILL FULLY UTILIZE THIS POPULAR LOCATION
CLOSED TODAY AT 2PM on a SATURDAY!!!! Wonât open until AFTER...
Read moreWorst Burger King experience ever. Waited in drive through with one car ahead of me for over 30 minutes. A cashier comes out and says the drive through is closed. The car in front of us was disabled, canât walk, so they were not allowed to place their order. Discrimination. We saw the car in front of us leave and we went up to the window and waited another 10 minutes for her to ignore us and tell us they have to take our order from inside. We asked if there was a sign out front and she said sheâd ask her manager to place a sign out front. I went inside previously to use the restroom and there was one customer there and they took that long to come to the window with one customer. We never got to place an order after almost an hour. The manager looked like she didnât care about her job at all, ignored us, and told her cashier to leave the window even though there werenât any other customers. This is why Burger King is closing and rightfully so. Why would I go in there to place an order with a cashier and manager who clearly donât care about their job? Iâd rather not get food poisoning or my...
