My wife and I decided to try this place as it has been many restaurants over the last several months. We decided to make our own evaluation and review. First off, she ordered a glass of pinot and it was only half a wine glass, but full price. I had the prime rib which was terrible, mostly fat and far from 10 oz., It was cold, some type of canned gravy on top, and the potatoes were shriveled up half cold and appeared to be left over from the St. Patty's Day meal the day before, In my opinion. She had the chicken in garlic sauce that was rubbery. They brought it rolls halfway through the meal after we had to ask for them and the rolls were hard enough to use to pound in nails! Again, we believe they were leftovers from the day before or even more. When we told the manager about this, and told her that there's many reviews that were poor and we were making our own evaluation, she said well there's many that are positive too! Didn't offer any compensation, or even a coupon for another time as I told her you only have one chance to make a first impression. And they made a terrible first impression. The people next to us didn't even leave a tip, as their food was also cold with the wrong burger for the lady. Then they brought the salads halfway through the meal! We will not be back! And we will not be recommending this...
Read moreSo I work at a major radio station and was invited to a birthday gathering with friends at Cheers at Rainbow Springs last night. We arrived at 6:00, sat at our reserved table outside for about an hour I had to chase down a waitress to order a bucket of beers. She brought them over and asked are you ready to order and we said yes she said she will be right back and never showed up. In the mean time I had to spend the next 2 hours chasing down waitresses to get more buckets of beer… and even then we tried to order food and nothing. The saddest thing was these girls kept bring food out to our table asking us if we ordered these dishes of food they were carrying and we said no but we NEED TO ORDER ! All night they were asking tables did you order this food and my friend who doesn’t drink only got 1 ice tea and 3 hours later finally got another. I picked up the check and they only charged us 1 bucket of beer and we had 5 buckets. This place is sooo unorganized and apparently ran by the 3 stooges, it will give me something to talk about on the air Monday morning on the air at the radio station. Good luck Cheers, if you were a boat your definitely...
Read moreThe place is a little bit hard to find but once you're there it's really nice. We went there as a group. It was a really nice atmosphere. They had a band that was playing our era of music, which I guess was mostly '70s? In any case it was very well done. People were getting up and dancing. The weather was perfect. I really thought it was going to be extremely expensive and I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was not that bad either. Can't wait to go back there. Have to see when the next event is. I definitely recommend this place. You can sit outside if the weather permits and everything seemed just perfect. I will definitely go back. Once again went to Cheers with a friend and got a great seat near the band outside. I had made reservations earlier in the week which was good because the place did fill up as the night went on. Once again the band was great. Food is getting a little lean, but it's that way everywhere. One waitress was taking care of a lot of people and she actually did a pretty good job. As always, it was a fun night with a great atmosphere and lots of happy people. Still recommend Cheers at...
