I stopped in here one evening with 4 business associates we had just rode in from out of state after 12 hrs of riding 7pm. They advertise motorcycle rider friendly its theme is painted outside with colors and motorcycles on the walls. Yet the staff that evening was anything but motorcycle rider friendly. We were not greeted stood inside for close to 5 minutes before the barmaid/server was finished having a conversation with her friends to be told sit anywhere you like. It then took 10 minutes for her to come to the table "what do you want" not hello welcome 0... Our drinks took another 5-8 minutes with no other customers present as she joked with her friends. She cashed someone out made our drinks and served food to someone not once washing her hands or having gloves on. The wings we ordered were undercooked smothered with sauce we asked for on the side. Other meals were served cool not hot. It was pricy for what we were served the mixed drinks weak and over priced we asked for top shelf liquor and it was not used as we could see the pouring taking place. Deceptive business practices serving a lower quality than whats asked for and willing to pay a premium for a specific brand of liquor. No no no no.

"When we asked to speak to management she said with a laugh and snare she was kinda like management at that night"

Before leaving we used the rest room and it stank bad of urine, washing out hands the soap dispenser was empty.

Outside when leaving were what appeared to be a group of riders from a club well known to law enforcement and the air was filled with what smelled like Marijuana that i could be wrong but is still illegal in fl without a medical card that id guess most of the men not to possess.

Whatever but outside the front door with so many other areas to smoke bad business management in my eyes with a strong background in bar and restaurant management.

We went back past several times during our stay in the area but decided to not waste our time or money there again it never looked busy but on the weekend.

I had phoned and asked to speak with the person who left a response to my 1 star review 2 times she was not in or available i also left my number and never received a return call.

So im leaving a review with a standing 1 star across the board. As i feel it deserves no more. Had they returned my calls or spoken to me that evening id have left a more positive review most likely, but i see no reason to rate something under performing in anyway but what it was when...

My husband and I came in with our service dog and sit down to have some lunch , as we do 3 or 4x a week, a waitress came to to the table in the first few minutes of us arriving . She did not say hello, or any normal greeting but instead asked what condition I have. I politely informed the waitress that it was not her business or anyone else's in the bar that was listening . My medical information is protected by HIPPA laws and is also private , then I handed her my dogs service ID. This has all of the information needed and is why it is issued to the dog after it is trained and registered . She didnt like it , obviously. moments later the owner ,very aggressively sat next to my wife in our booth. No greeting , just very aggressive. the first representitive of the business and demanding to know what medical condition I have. Once again under HIPPA law I do not have to tell him. He got very loud and kept arguing and demanding to know. Then laughed and said, " he's not even sitting by her" , we then informed him that we would just leave and also never return and we had as of most recent patronized his business and spent a lot of money. This was no concern of his and said ok sounded good to him. Just as a matter of fact for anyone considering bringing in a service dog to this establishment, it is not pet friendly and also is not service dog friendly. He's a loud mouth that just talked his way...

Terrible customer service & pay attention and ask questions when you order from the Cheyanne Saloon they will overcharge you! I called & explained I always order when my office does but have never placed my own order. I asked for 20 wings was told it would be 17.90 got there they charged me 35.20 when I asked why I was told the wings were $30 plus they take and there is a 15% gratuity added for takeout which they never told me about when I asked how much it would be before hanging up the phone. The menu someone sent me after seeing my FB post says 10 wings 8.95 so if I got 20 how is it $30 and why would you not inform me of the 15% gratuity you automatically add to takeout order when you asking me was it ok there was a $1 fee for using my debit card... Not once did they offer to ask someone why I was told that or even charge me what I was told over the phone. Mind yall I could have showed my butt but I decided not too so yall can have the extra $10 since they must have really needed it but I hope they know they just lost quiet a few customers which clearly customer service isn't priority anyways so I'm sure they don't even care. I was never looking for anything free or discounted ect but if you give someone a price dont change it when they get there and think that's OK! HIGHLY DO NOT AND WILL NOT...

We've been here several times and had a great time. This one, however, was a disappointment. While we were still eating and enjoying the day, one of the bartenders (a man who was not the bartender that had been taking care of us) came by and asked us if we were ready to cash out. When we answered that we were not, and planned on being there for a bit, he returned with "you don't have to look at me like I'm effing (only the actual explative) stupid!" and stormed off. Then, when we were actually ready for another drink, he looked right at us several times and completely ignored us. After finally getting the attention of another bartender (also a man), we cashed out and left. If our original bartender had stayed with us, instead of being moved to the kitchen, we would have stayed and continued to spend money.

Stopped in during Bike Week, looked like a cool stop as we passed by on Hwy 100 headed back toward Daytona from GNCC, so we did a U-turn to check it out. Live music playing, bought drinks and then as I was going to check out merchandise at a tent, the worker told me "THE OWNERS DO NOT LIKE DOGS AROUND!!" She did not EVEN ASK if she was a Service Animal! My dog is not, but this worker did not even ask. She just basically told me my business was Not Welcome there. This seems VERY sad, seeing as Cheyenne Saloon is an Official stop for the Hogs for Dogs run for Clay Humane this month. Seems like they are just using them to gain business, as they DO NOT LIKE DOGS!

We're in town here. And decided we wanted chicken wings. Reviews don't lie. Wings were awesome. Got 10 mild. And 10 garlic parm. Both were delicious. On the reviews. The one thing that stood out to us was... No dogs allowed. We love dogs. But not where we're eating. We have no complaints on that. Thanks for standing your ground. We will be back in the future when in the area.
