Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Dominos location. We placed our carry out order on line, and included a tip because of the number of pies we ordered.
The tracker provided an estimated pickup time. However by scheduled delivery, it had not moved past the “prep” phase. I preceded to enter the location and query the staff. The greeter indicted they were understaffed and behind on orders.
My response was to ask “how much o get would the orders take to be prepared? And could she provide some compensation for our inconvenience? Initially she said “no.” Then conceded a free.2 liter soda. After further dialogue, she offered two sodas.
In the end, our order took over an hour to be filled. We didn’t get carside delivery, as they missed the “2-minute” delivery guarantee. And though I had to take the pizzas and soda to my own vehicle, I received no apology for my inconvenience.

Read moreI ordered $24.00 in food. I had $20 cash (wasn't enough to pay my bill so I couldn't use cash obviously) and $25.00 on the only card I had on me to use. I left a $1.00 card tip and planned on giving the driver Jacqueline her ACTUAL tip with the cash I had on me, meaning that one dollar card tip would have been nothing but an ADDITIONAL TIP for her. As soon as she saw the card tip amount she wrote "this is only 0.80" and circled the bottom where it explains that delivery fees are not tips. She walked into my place of work and very aggressively put the pizza on another persons desk. I had no idea it was here until my coworker got off his phone call and told me what she had done and the fit she threw. I called and spoke to i guess it was the cook who informed me that she has done this before. Jacqueline, when you assume and make an a** out of you and me. You missed out on a $20 tip. That's unfortunately what you get for being ungrateful and rude to multiple customer. Next time be a little nicer.
Mind you this driver drove less than one mile to deliver this to me.... Very Sad. SHE...
Read moreSo dissapointed! We order from here all the time and have never had an issue up until Sunday evening. We order delivery at 11pm and received a texft at 11:28 that our pizza was on the way. By 12:05 when the pizza sti hadnt arrived, I checked the delivery tracker online and they told me it had already been delivered but yet we had no pizza! When I tried to call the store they had already closed and they kept picking up the phone and hanging it up on me. Finally 2 hours after I ordered at 1 am the pizza guy delivered our pizza cold and one of the pizzas was completely ruined in the box as if someone dropped or shook the box and we never got our 2 liter of coke. I called the following day and was informed by the actual Manager Kevin that there was nothing he could do and I would need to call back to speak to the GM. I called back the next day to speak to the GM who ended up not being available after they told me the day before he would be there all day.
