Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Haven't had Dunkin' in years. Needed some coffee tonight and thought it'd be a good time to get Dunkin' so we could try the new Valentine's donuts as well. Went to a different store nearby first and they were out of the donuts, so we came to this one and got lucky as they had just a few of the special donuts left. We got a half dozen and were so caught up in picking the flavors that we forgot to order the coffee we needed! So we paid and that's when I realized we'd forgotten the coffee - the employee who was helping us was so nice and immediately made the drink like it was nothing!! Such a great experience being back after years, left feeling super happy and then got to try the coffee - wow it was delicious! Horrendous customer service. I was cut off from speaking by the young man with short blonde hair before I could finish, and he had an attitude the entire time. They told me to pull around without looking for my mobile order first- when I pulled around and they could not find it the same boy kept shooting me nasty looks. I realized I didn’t hit submit on my mobile order and let the lady who was there know, she also had a bit of an attitude and told me I would have to pull around and get back in line to place my order instead of just taking it at the window. All could have been avoided if they had actually looked for the order while I was at the speaker. I ended up pulling away and going to another establishment and will not be returning, even though I work nearby and it is convenient. I’m not one to write reviews like this and I’m not even trying to be mean but I HAVE NEVER MET A DUMBER GROUP OF PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. We pull up to the window and I order a bagel stuffer thing and immediately I hear “PuLl Up To. ThE NeXT WinDoW” like sir I have the whole dam caravan in my car let me order istg. Once we proceed through my order after mentioning I’m not done about 50x I get to the window and they ask for my order AGAIN, like did I not just tell you? Go look at the receipt. They then ask for my order about 5 more times as I wait for my order for a minimum of 10 minutes. I told them I got a frozen chocolate and the guy walked away to go make it then CAME BACK to ask again what drink I was missing? Like hello? Anyways these people will be working at...
