I had a HORRIBLE experience at this drive-thru this morning. When I tried to place my order, I was met with rude, passive-aggressive behavior. The employee snapped at me, saying, "Could you speak up, I can't hear you," instead of offering a polite, "My apologies, could you please repeat that?" It only got worse from there. When I asked if I could upgrade the size of the coffee on the $6 breakfast meal, I was sharply told, "No, you can't upgrade anything." No explanation, no courtesy—just more passive-aggressive attitude. At that point, I had enough and drove out of the line. I went straight to McDonald's. I refuse to spend my money or my time at a place with such poor customer service. I won’t be coming back.
Corporate if you're reviewing customer reviews I tried calling the restaurant to get a manager 6 times, to no avail. The date is 11/8/24 and the time was approximately 7:35 AM. This person needs to be removed from any future customer facing...
   Read moreI went to this location at 12:00 PM on 2/12/2025; through the drive-thru. What a horrible experience with the girl at the transaction window. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Has no type of sympathy for customers. All I noticed is that she has a tattoo on her neck that possibly reads "HER". I didn't even want to look at her face due to how unprofessional she was. I was just a little too annoyed to do so. Unfortunately; I understand she's a female on the younger side and they don't care much about anything in life at her age, but I feel very sad on how that girl and possibly other employees that work there will advance in their future. With that type of mindset... I could see exactly where they are going in life. Very sad. I hope management does something very fast to get those employees out of there and start hiring people that actually have a good head on...
   Read moreDisgusting service. Waited in line at the drive thru for 5-10 minutes and no one said anything. I said hello and was greeted by a disgustingly rude employee who snapped at me and claimed they were short staffed. I understand what it’s like being short staffed but simple communication with the customer is all that was needed. I ended up leaving and when circling the building I tried to warn customers and was yelled at by an employee standing outside the front door who started yelling profanities at me. I have never had an experience like this and this was quite frankly the only experience I will ever have from this location. I will NEVER go back here and I will not recommend this location even to my worst enemy! I tried calling corporate and left a callback number and no one ever answered me back. So I’m leaving this review as a warning to future...
