I always give every business I review the benefit of the doubt because everyone has bad days. When the bad days become more consistent than the good ones, there’s a problem.
This Dunkin’ has welcoming staff for the most part. It’s the coffee and the food that’s the problem. 80% of the time I order avocado toast, there’s something wrong with it. The last time I ordered it, there were bits of plastic in my toast! The time before that, the avocado tasted off and I didn’t get any bagel seasoning on it like I asked. The other food I’ve ordered like the ham and swiss stuffer tastes extraordinarily freezer burnt and 70% of the time I get coffee, there’s something wrong with it. This time they didn’t put any sugar or flavoring. This happens over and over again.

   Read moreWhen it comes to customer service I can understand that “you get what you pay for” so I wasn’t exactly expecting 5-star experience from a Dunkin’ drive-thru, but the attitude of the young eye-glasses wearing female employee who handed us our order was incredibly unacceptable. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years, I understand how overwhelming a job like hers can be, but it still gives no right for her to not even look at her customer in the eye when they politely ask if the bag she handed was our whole order or if we should expect another bag. This location is very hit-and-miss, but this one takes the cake and don’t plan on returning.    Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD Absolutely rude, I am order #5330, I was getting taken care of by this skinny black guy sorry I did not get a name but this is his description, as I approached the window I say “good morning” no acknowledgement just a bad grim look, as he hands me my drink, I say thank you again, he stares at me and rolls his eyes, hands me my card and then almost drops my food, before I can even grab it. Again I attempted to be nice and say thank you, he turns at me gives me an evil aggressive look and I drove off. I will never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Plus my Bagel mines are practically refrigerated cold and I ordered an everything and got plain and my donut extremely stale.
