Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Went through this Dunkin location drive thru at About 6:30pm today and as i pulled up i noticed the menu screens were off and a note on the speaker saying they close at 7:00pm for new years, as i went to pull away Kylie asked what i wanted to order. surprised they were opened i stated "oh you guys are open" to which she responded “well we would be closed but you people keep coming” (with avery rude tone) as she laughed about her remark I thought that was rude and when I asked her name she said "mmm I don’t know and laughed about that too. last I checked this is NOT a way to speak to customers so I pulled up to the window and spoke with Dominque the shift leader who said kylie didn’t mean to speak to us that way as Kylie was obnoxiously laughing about the whole thing while hiding in the back of the store to scared to show her face LOL . If she was so sorry for speaking to customers that way then she should have made her come and apologize. I’m not sure what kind of circus this place is running but you might want to beware of the crew they have here you may get the same treatment. We will be contacting the manager Amy tomorrow and let her know if the situation. Hopefully they actually do something to address...

Used to be a good Location....

It's been about 5 or 6 months since I went to this location, never had issues in the past but now it appears to have gone down hill. Thursday April 27, 2017 - The older lady running the register messed up my whole order and apparently just about everyone's drinks in the 25 minutes I was waiting. I ordered a large iced caramel latte with extra turbo shot, she sent a decaf to the drink maker and he had to remake it, it wasn't sweet at all and tasted like milk with a little bit of coffee in it. I ordered a 25 count munchkin and asked for Boston Creme and regular glazed. She put Boston creme, chocolate glazed, and a few blueberry. I didn't say anything because I didn't feel like waiting even longer but I shoulda checked the box, normally when you order a 25 count they fill up the smaller box. She only put 18 munchkins in the box. And to top it off there was a mixture of dirt, coffee grounds, and what looked like crushed up Oreos all over the top of there main display where they keep the Box of Joe containers. Also while I was waiting 25 minutes I got to watch flys flying around the restaurant landing on the customers and all the doughnuts. They need to shape up at...

When I tell you I've been trying to get this dunkin donuts to MAKE DONUTS at night for months I really mean I have been trying to get THIS DUNKIN "DONUTS" TO MAKE DONUTS AT NIGHT. Why you have breakfast tacos available and not donuts (with consistent sprinkles) cause yall never have those is Beyond me! The guy at the drive through said "all we have are blueberry and chocolate glaze" well you know NOBODY in there right mind wants a blueberry donuts there probably stale, probably been sitting there all day and the chocolate glaze he couldn't even put a little icing on it? I asked and he said no! WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE ANYTHING DONUT RELATED TOGETHER?? FIX THIS PLEASE. This place is called dunkin donuts home of the breakfast taco. WHAT?! I SAT IN THE DRIVE THREW FOR 15 MINS TO DRIVE AWAY EMPTY HANDED....
