As a longtime patron of this particular Dunkinâ Donuts, I have always appreciated its convenient location just a short drive from my home. However, my recent visits have left me increasingly disappointed and frustrated, prompting me to share my experiences.
During my last drive-thru visit this morning, I faced an unacceptable wait time of over 20 minutes after I had placed my order. Initially, I thought the delay might be a one-off situation, but I quickly realized that the process now requires customers to drive around, park, and wait for their orders to be brought out, all after completing payment. This new procedure is not only inconvenient but also confusing, especially since my previous experiences did not involve such lengthy waits.
To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff during this visit was less than courteous. Rather than exhibiting a sense of urgency or concern about the extended wait, they appeared indifferent, which only heightened my frustration. There was a distinct lack of communication about the status of my order, leaving me to wonder if it had even been started.
Additionally, I've observed a troubling trend over the past few weeks: management frequently yelling at staff members in front of customers. This type of behavior not only undermines the staffâs morale but also creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for everyone involved. Itâs difficult to enjoy a pleasant visit when the atmosphere feels charged with tension and unease.
I genuinely hope that the leadership team takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve both the level of service and the treatment of their employees. As a loyal customer, I want to continue supporting this location; however, these recurring issues have made it increasingly challenging to do so. I believe that with some thoughtful changes, this Dunkinâ Donuts can return to delivering the experience I have come to...

Read moreArrived today at 11:40am 10/26 I ordered a medium ice coffee and a coffee cake muffin warmed up. I pull up to the window to pay for my order that has taken 10mins already, never complained about the wait time for just two item's. The woman in the window hands me my drink and muffin. Before I pulled off I couldnât help but notice the burnt smell coming from the bag, I tell the the cashier about it politely and she begins to argue that âoh itâs like that because you asked us to warm it upâ I say no I order this all the time and it is not burnt. (She thinks a burnt muffin is ok??) she grabs the bag back and slams the window closed and throws a hissy fit to her coworker about the situation as if I cannot hear her. Totally uncalled for and unnecessary. Why would you hand somebody burnt food that obviously smells and looks burnt. All she had to do was apologize and replace the muffin that is...
