Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I never write reviews but this place was beyond horrible. I waited over 10 minutes for my food before asking why it was taking so long. 3 people who ordered after me got their HOT food before I got my turkey sausage wake up wrap. My husband went to ask about our order only for the guy to ask me what we had ordeted i told him and he said he would start making it. The manager came out and asked the guy why we where waiting over 10 minutes for our wake up wraps he didn't have anything to say. The girl behind the register was litterly leaning on the counter playing on her phone. No one ever apologized to us or offered to compensate for forgetting about our order. Because we waited over 10 minutes before they even started our food we where 1 minute late to the easter egg hunt for my son's first Easter, and he wasn't able to get any eggs. I was devastated I will never recommend this place to anyone. I did the survey and requested to be contacted i haven't received a call or email, it's clear they dont care about the service they provide to their customers. This Dunkin in Wellington really sucks lately. The girl working here should be FIRED ASAP. She is extremely rude to customers. Not educated at all. There were two young girls before me that were treated very rude. They even thanked her after all the scene that employee performed ("cursing and hitting things" )she didn't replied. She didn't say a hello or good afternoon or anything polite to welcome the next customer. And she didn't want to take my order cause she doesn't prepare bagels. She just said. I WON'T DO IT. I WON'T TAKE A FULL ORDER. The tables were all dirty. And this employee a black girl with short hair doesn't wear gloves or a protective hat when serving meals. Always using her cellphone. Not sanitary. There were two other girls working here before. A black girl named Brooklin she was super nice, polite and professional. And a white girl that also was very polite and nice. So where the hell is the manager of...

Update: the store is under new management and their work is beyond impressive. Food turnover is consistently fast and still good quality. Very excited for the change.

They are always short staffed, and year round, during the morning rush, they’re very slow. The employees are always running off their feet doing 600 jobs at once because 6-8 am. Ive been coming here for 5 years and nothing’s improved. I feel bad for the staff, but I also find it ridiculous that most days you can expect to wait up to 20 minutes (if not longer) for a coffee and a bagel if you come at the wrong time. I know many people who no longer use this specific location due to this reason. This is also unfortunate because this location is convenient to many in the area.
