I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your ice cream shop. While the ice cream itself was enjoyable, the behavior of the staff left a negative impression that overshadowed our experience.

As a family with two young children and an indecisive husband, we approached the counter with excitement to explore your offerings. However, we encountered a staff member who seemed visibly irritated by our requests to sample several flavors—something we have always found acceptable at other ice cream establishments. Their reaction was unwelcoming, and it felt as though our inquiries were an inconvenience rather than part of the service experience.

Moreover, when our orders were handed to us, one of the employees, a blonde woman, delivered our items with a dismissive "here you go" while slamming the window shut. This lack of courtesy was disheartening and made us feel unwelcome.

We recently moved to the area and had hoped to establish a new favorite ice cream shop. However, due to the rude service we experienced, we will be seeking alternatives. I LOVE FRISBEE'S!!!!!!! Its the best icecream place I've ever been to (besides dairy queen) I recommend this place for everyone out there! I get the same thing every time "Banana Royale" is THE best on the menu. My sister and dad get "pina colada" everytime and my mom is a yoyo, she gets either "pina colada" or "dole pineapple whip." They're all good pretty much. Its located in mims Florida and its AMAZING! it's got a cute lil gazebo with decorations for every season every holiday and right where u turn in it's got an automatic bubble machine blower thingy. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!!!! My grandma got me and my sister a $10 gift card for frisbeees cuz she knows we love them😂 definitely go there it's the best icecream...

Amazing place! Amazing owners! Amazing experience! Love this place and will be back often. Service was fast and our treats tasted delicious! You can taste the freshness of their ice cream and know that they don't put it in a cooler overnight to reuse the next day. I came down from Daytona just to try this place and I was amazed! I believe the owner himself was there and he made sure we had a delightful time while we were there. I was unable to say one of the treats my brother wanted because I kept getting tongue tied and it turned into a laughing moment for everyone, even the employees.
