Gary's Brewery & Biergarten — Restaurant in Florida

We stumbled on this place shortly after moving down here, and only a few months after a honeymoon to Europe, where we tried many biergartens. Gary's does a fantastic job of blending the atmosphere of a German Biergarten with Florida flora/fauna, I think my wife mentioned they were previously a plant sanctuary, but don't take my word on it.

There's plenty of space inside and outside to lounge. They just finished a barn where they now have all their beer taps; a great rotating selection as well as their own brews as they experiment and grow. The brew supply shop now has a wine bar. They are constantly expanding and revising the space for the better, there always seems to be a new addition to the space.

Gary's is a welcoming and well executed family affair. If you don't see Gary Sr., or his wife (blanking on the name), then his son Gary Jr. Or his daughter Crystal (spelling?) and husband Neal will happily help...

One the cutest beer gardens I've ever been to. There is a spacious yard with lots of things to look at and try out, like big Jenga, corn holes. You can look at the chickens or pet dogs. I really love the fact that's it's pet friendly. The whole atmosphere is just very homey and cozy. This is a totally family friendly venue.

As for the drinks, we haven't tried as many cause came just an hour before the closing. The beer we tried is delicious, it's smooth and very well balanced. I tried Ambrose Amber and a dark beer with peanut flavor (don't remember the name). I also like the blueberry red wine. It's sooo good!!! It's more on the sweeter side, so probably more of a girly choice, but it's just nicely balanced and has a great blueberry flavor without overpowering the texture of the wine.

This place is beautiful and a great place for a wedding or any kind of large gathering. My daughter had her wedding here last October and from the first visit we fell in love with this place. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and professional. We did not have one singe issue while planning the wedding. We used their catering service and also brought in some of our own food. The drinks and food are excellent. They also allow you to bring your dogs as long as they are well behaved.
