GOOD TIME BAR & GRILL — Restaurant in Florida

We just moved to belleview off of c25. Down the road from Good Times. We ha e tryed a few places around here.(gator joe's,eaton's beach, good times) so far eaton's beach had great food and was cook to perfection! Customer service was also phenomenal. We were told to try good time. We ordered wings a few weeks ago. Yes overcooked ,called and asked if they could remake them. we would bring them all back up because they were bad. we had ordered 60 plus wings. And wanted them done right. And yes we tip very well use to work in a restaurant business so we understand. Well I had family come in from out of town. Figure I would go up and order food.placed the order left a great tip after I received my food an waited 45 mins with no one in the place but still took care of them things happen.Got home called them back up because we spent 78.00 on food. I asked for fully loaded quesadilla the works. When I open the box just wow. Chicken and cheese thats all was on it I payed 14 dollars for a kids plate of chicken an cheese. After I called the women that took my order started getting mad because I told her I was upset about this happening. If I could bring it up there and get it fixed. The men's restroom had a terrible odor, and it wasn't just because someone used it. They had run out of fish and chili. The bartender was in a bad mood, clearly annoyed that we asked for separate checks, and she was rude to everyone. We were starving, so we decided to stick around, but we really regretted it. The hamburger was disappointing, and both the hot dog and quesadilla meat were burnt. The beer tap system wasn't working.

If I were the only one who noticed her irritation and what appeared to be an unmanageable workload by her comment "you'll see me running around like a chicken with my head cut off" and also reflected in her short responses and impolite demeanor, I wouldn't have shared this. However, since everyone at the table commented on it during the meal and we aren't particularly fussy, I felt it was important to inform those who haven't been there yet. We were there early so not much happening! The food was really good the former owner of blue heron was cookin and my wife said her patty melt was great. Perfect roadhouse kind of patty melt plenty of sauteed onions and just enough sloppiness,Yum! My steak and peppers sandwich which was the special of the day was also great! We ordered 1 order of fries and it was plenty for the two of us. Bartender sharisa was friendly and mixed up a good lemon drop drink for my wife!
