Was so excited to eat a good Calzone an pizza before I started the night shift.. Chose this place on line. Placed a order at 2:05... At 4:16 still no food so we called the establishment. They said the driver had the wrong room number. Now why he didn't ask the front desk I have no idea. So I checked my Email to see if I had made a mistake. AND NO I DID NOT...So when when he finally showed up with our food. I said I thought it would be fair if he gave it to me half priced since it was 2 hours cold. He said NO WAY... SO WITH THAT SAID HIS TRUE CHARACTER AN BUISNESS ETHIC GOT THIS REVIEW... NOT THE FOOD... SO FOLKS READ YOUR REVIEWS DONT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM THIS PLACE THEY R NOTORIOUS FOR BEING LATE AN COLD FOOD AND BLAMING THE CUSTOMER.. HAVE A BLESSED DAY. Read moreHave stopped ordering from this restaurant due to the poor experience I had the last time I did order from here because I was a regular customer ordering a minimum of twice A week and spending $30-60 each time an order was placed, which i know isn't a life changing purchase and I'm sure their doing just fine without my few pennies spent there but after a friend of mine recently told me about their terrible experience at this same location and how rude the staff and management was to them when asking for their order to be redone due to being made incorrectly it brought back the bad memories of my previous experience so I felt the urge to leave a review to assure others that the 1 star reviews you see posted here are all very likely beyond legitimate as well and the owner should be ashamed of the way he treats his customers, and should teach his employees that they should not offer a customer to have their food corrected and tell them they can call in a repeat new order at a timing of their choice on a day in the future to make the incorrectly made order right. I was assured by staff there would be a note in the computer saying I was owed 2 subs at no charge when I decided to eat there again and this was definitely not true and I was yelled at by owner/management and refused the offer I had been promised and I have vowed to never spend another dime here again, and NO! Read moreI eat a Goodfellas quite a bit, is really close by my job. Tonight when I call the place my order for lunch I order a chef salad, when I ride the chef salad was a small chef salad and I wanted a large surf salad. I told Lisa the cashier that I wanted to make it a large chef salad, she handed my salad back to Sarah and walked away. I walk by the door and I happened to look up and see Sarah making my salad. She took my original salad and dumped it into the bigger container. She then picked up anything that didn't land in the container and put it on top. All of this was done bare handed, she them wiped her hands on her apron. Went to the meats and cut it up and put it on my salad. As she was walking myself out to the counter I asked her could I please look at it first. Lisa snatched it from her and said I will handle this, I told her it looks like she just sloppily piled everything on top. Lisa rudely stated " all she did was add more lettuce, that's all a bigger salad is". I said really and she said yes. I asked could I take a picture of the salad and she said sure. I then told her I would not be purchasing it. Lisa reply was "ok". I may be one person but I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know.
