Hardee's — Restaurant in Florida

I work construction in that general area. I frequently come to this location. And the black lady with blonde hair is usually the drive thru attendant. And she has always been fast, thorough, friendly and oozes great worth ethic... and I appreciated her doing her job so extremely well. YET, that was NOT experience I had this morning. This trumps all my good experiences I've had to date.... btw. I tried calling the store after I came thru the drive thru BUT nobody answered... called twice.... nobody cared enough to answer the phone. Therfore, I am here leaving my disdain here with a 1 STAR. The female voice inthr drive thru says yeah... immediately I know it is not the blonde lady ... I say um dies thst mean I can order ? .. yeah.. so I did. 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. One sausage biscuits and one gravy biscuit. Easy... the young black guy is taking money... so I pay. And ask to put mustard i the bag please. He mumbles. We got no mustard. ... oh ohk... then all that was stuffed in a small bag. ... when he handed the bad to me I immediately detected this isn't feeling right. He says yur gravy is in the bottom of the bag.. um ohhh Kay. When I got back to the job site I realize how little effort he gave my order. I had . No mustard, NO GRAVY BOWL to put the 2 in..... NO FORK, NO Napkins and smashed down all that in a bag WAY TOO SMALL.....LISTEN up young person ... yu have no work ethic, no integrity. And you should not be working with any customers. Since you give zero F's about the job. We owe you nothing for your presence. I'm positive this review will not be received as a learning tool. And give u insight and yu can do better.. now since you know better. But. You will be the same all thru out yur life.

Hardee's .... yur brand is dying. The owner of the Pensacola ave store wake up.

The manager never called. Which I knew would happen. So don't post how sorry yu are about my experience.. blah blH blah yu obviously have no work ethic as well. So. TO THE PUBLIC who reads and respects reviews..Skip this location. I hope you won't waste yur time on it.

I work too hard in life to not say something ...

This is located close to my house so I stop by every now and then for food. Usually the food is great so I have come back. Over the past year the service and condition of the restaurant has gone way down hill though. The last time I when in the floor was sticky and the restaurant smelled like mildew. Also at previous visits the drive through has taken excessively long despite not other customers being in line. I am talking about 20 minutes to get your food which is way too long for fast food. This last time I have gone I couldn't even order food. I pulled up and the lady asked for me to wait a minute, which is fine. It ended up being almost 10 minutes before she got back to asking for my order. I proceeded to ask for a number 4 off the menu the lady repeated herself so I asked again. She then goes "what is a number 4?" I said the Big Hardee combo. I then sat there for another 5 minutes with no response. Finally, I just left. I had noticed they seem to be struggling and have tried giving them my business but this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be going back any longer. If you want Hardee's go down the interstate another mile to Pine Forest location they are...

Rolled in Tuesday to grab lunch a little before 12:00. The parking lot was empty and only one car ahead of me in the drive through. We both had to pull up and park after our orders saying they would bring it right out. The first person got there’s over 10 minutes later. Mine finally came out after 15 minutes. I was expecting that with such a wait, the fries and sandwich would be fresh and hot. However, the fries were soggy and cold and the hamburger was also cold. I couldn’t eat the fries and only half the burger before tossing the remainder back in the bag. This is the second time in a month this has happened, also happened a couple times before this event. Needless to say, I will never be back. Now I completely understand why the parking lot was empty at noon—just awful. I only rated a 1 because for some reason...
