Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Florida

I place my order through DoorDash ,only it was set up for a pick up, so I called hungry Howies pizza to see if they couldn’t deliver it. The young lady working there couldn’t comprehend my question. She kept telling me to call DoorDash and cancel my order and call her and re-order. I told her to never mind. I’ll just pick it up, when I got there, Kaitlyn said DoorDash canceled my order, I said that isn’t true. Why would DoorDash cancel my order? I said you canceled my order because somehow you got your feelings hurt she said no I didn’t. She said I’m the only one working here and I had no way to do that. I can’t cancel the order. I said let me proof of the order cancellation so I know that I’ll get a refund , well the poor thing she goes gets a tablet and shows me she canceled the order. I said you just told on yourself you lied to me and then you showed me that you canceled the order, the email from DoorDash says that the establishment canceled the order , From my experience, somebody that will lie to you right to your face without blinking they also will steal from you. The order was 53 bucks how many $53 orders does she cancel because she gets her feelings hurt She can’t comprehend a simple question . Can’t be good for business ,,you can check my other reviews. This is in regards to the driver for this establishment in Lehigh Acres Red Hunda and the manager. I was tailgated down a residential road that is 30 mph and I was a little above the limit and the red hunda that’s I also have the license plate number rode the back of my vehicle with my two kids for 3 different roads and then passed me very closely, in a non passing lane. Let’s start off I should have just called the cops because it’s clear this person shouldn’t be driving as they do not abide by simple road rules and should take the driver test again. Then to call the manager and be completely dismissed obviously no one has ever put either one of these individuals in there place and it’s clear HUNGRY HOWIE WILL HIRE ANYONE REGARDLESS OF THE BAD REPUTATION IT HAS. If I ever see that red hunda be sure I will call the cops every time I see that car anywhere near any neighborhood because with the way he drives it’s clear that he would hit anyone walking because he is in a rush back to the restaurant had a kid been out in the road he would have killed someone for his careless driving. And the manager is a young immature kid that has obviously never taken criticism with the way he spoke to me. So I will continue to post about my experience until both the manager and driver are reprimanded because they have no respect and should be taught respect. Let me start off by saying that I order pizza almost every week from different pizzerias. Someone encouraged me to try the pizza from Hungry Howie's some time ago. I've always been reluctant to try it until tonight when I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. I'm a big fan of Dominos and other pizza places. I urged the driver to call when they arrived. No one bothered to call which tells me how disorganized the company is. Pizza arrived with burnt crust which is not what I'm used to. I encourage anyone who wants barbecue chicken pizza to try somewhere else apart from Hungry Howie's. Their other pizzas might be good, I don't know but for my 1st experience, this was bad. I won't be buying barbecue pizza from here again. Poor quality.

The store manager/owner then proceeded to tell me that's how barbecue pizza looks with sauce. I told the store owner that quality sucks and he took it to heart. I requested a refund.
