Initially our service was amazing and the food was excellent, really we had no issues until the end of our visit. When our food arrived, my friend that ordered the wing basket stated she didn't get her coleslaw, so we asked our waitress, who stated that it only comes with the fish and chips basket. We didn't argue and moved on. Then when our bills arrived, our friends were confused why they were upcharged for her seasoned fries. The menu very clearly says choice of fries under baskets, additionally each meal under the baskets all very specifically stated they came with coleslaw. When we tried to show the waitress the menu and questioned these 2 items, she had a complete meltdown. She basically told us we weren't worth dealing with, telling us she only makes $5 an hour and that the manager sat around in the office drinking too many Margheritas while creating the menu. She was angry and aggressive and extremely unapologetic even though we were showing her on their own menu what we were questioning. We like this place, we live in Titusville and our friends live in Cocoa, it's the perfect meeting place. I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. I will say, we should have talked to a manager, but we were very shocked and somewhat intimidated, pretty much everyone was looking at us, she made such a scene. I'm truly shocked that the manager didn't approach us afterwards.

In the middle of nowhere, but the area seems to be growing. Menu offered a good variety, and the food was good. Had beef tips, chicken fried chicken, seasoned curly fries, mashed potatoes, and Cesar salad; all were good. The cooking kind of reminded me of my own, and I am good cook, so that is a compliment. Maybe I am a better cook than I give myself credit for. Anyway, wife and I tried a couple mixed drinks, which were dangerously good. Waitress was friendly and prompt. Cakes were brought in fresh that morning. I am not a huge fan of key lime pie, but their key lime cake was quite tasty. Locally owned business that honors military veterans and first responders. My wife and I do not live in the area, but next time we visit our friends who do, we would be willing to go back and try something else. Music was just a little loud, but there were not that many people there at the time, so it is probably not as noticeable when the place is full. Would recommend.

We went to Jabbers tonight with a big group of people. I ordered the the grilled chicken tenders. Btw I’ve ordered the fried chicken tenders before which were excellent! I got my side salad first and ate it. Then my tenders and green bean arrived. I started to eat my green beans and tasted the tenders which were very chewy and difficult to chew. They seemed to be reheated maybe. I was very nice and told the waitress. She offered to get me another meal a couple times. I just didn’t know what I wanted and was really kind of afraid to try something and it not be good. We were there a few hours due to our large party. We finally got the bill and the salad and green beans were on our bill. I understand that I ate the salad, which was before my chicken even arrived not knowing the chicken was not going to be good. However, at no point did the waitress tell me she was going to charge me individually for each item for a total of $10 when the meal was only $15. She just gave us the bill. When I asked her why she didn’t tell me, maybe I could have ordered something for the table or to go; she said her supervisor told her she had to charge me. I asked to speak to the manager. Once again I was very nice and asked her why they would charge me $10 for 2 sides after I had to send my meal back. She said “well you ate it right?” To which I said yes. I told her had the waitress told me I would have at least ordered another meal. I was upset that she didn’t even communicate this to me. I explained I understand I ate it but I had already ate the side salad before I even received my meal. She asked if would expect to go to another restaurant and eat food and not pay for it. To which I said absolutely not. I explained not only was I surprised they didn’t just comp it (small business so okay) but I did eat the side salad and some of the green beans but to not even tell me you were going to charge me was the part I was upset about. To which the manager again said ‘but you ate it right?’ I said let me ask you a question - if I had eaten the side salad and then you brought my chicken tenders and then sent the meal back would you have charged me for the side salad and not Jane had the courtesy to have explained this to me either? To which she once again responded - ‘yes - you ate it right?’ All I could said was wow! I handed her my card and said ‘ i’m not going to continue to argue with you. Just please pay my bill so I can leave.’ I could not believe her responses to me at all! I have only sent a meal back a handful of times because I always feel bad. Bottom line it’s the way this was handled by the manager. No matter how good the service might be, this is not the kind of business I want to support. Especially for the manager to...

I am rating them at 4-stars even though the place remains (now, years later) a solid 3.5-star joint...

It's been so long since I've been to Jabbers, and even longer still since I reviewed them so an update is certainly warranted. The place is located where it's off our normal beaten path but a close friend reminded us of the place, so off we were to try them again, as if it were the first time.

The place hasn't changed much since the last time I was there. Maybe new furniture, maybe new furnishing, but pretty much intact from what I recall. The menus did change as it is very targeted on choices to eat - which I find a good thing. For dinner, around the table, we had two "build your own burgers" and a shrimp and spinach salad. For an appetizer we had their onion petals (which I like better than those massive onions you get at the bigger places. Anyway, all the food was delicious - burgers cooked on point and the salad carried nice large shrimp - all good.

We discovered they offer desserts from the local cupcake truck - cakes of all sorts (peanut butter, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, etc.) that were supremely delicious. If there is a reason to come back it's for their foods and these cakes - phenomenal.

Now, the issue with this place is definitely the service. Not to say the servers were lacking - because they were not - they were friendly and courteous. The problem is that they seem to need more of them. I kinda felt bad for the two that were working the room as they had to tag-team and help each other, not to mention how ragged they were running trying to keep up with everything and everyone - which they really couldn't. Again another person on the wait-staff would definitely help.

We plan on coming back again, we will do so knowing we will be in for the long haul. If you're not in any terrible hurry, this place is...

I am the VP of our SCHS Football Boosters and plan a great deal of events for our Vipers Football team, Coaches and families. We don’t have many options here in the PSJ area so, when you find a good one, you say so!! Once new ownership took over Jabbers, we decided to give them another try. First, we went as a family to fully vet whether they had the quality and capacity to live up to the hype that we were about to create. I could hardly believe this was JABBERS!!! New Owner – New Management (Jason) – New DĂ©cor – New class of service – New Menu – NEW VIBE! We were so impressed that we decided to take it to the next level. We worked with Jason, the General Manager and scheduled our VIPERS FRIENDS & FAMILY SPIRIT DAY. This is where we fill the restaurant up with VIPER FANS and in return, JABBERS, as a Community Partner, gives back a percentage of the business we brought in that day. What a GREAT decision!! It was an AWESOME DAY!! Jason has as much team-spirit as we did!! I am STILL hearing from the patrons from that day about what a warm, wonderful experience it was! JABBERS is now a local FAN-FAVORITE!!! Let’s take it a step further. Today is our last football game of the 2023-2024 school year and we start getting our boys pumped up really early! Well, Jason did too!!! He came into JABBERS at 5:30 in the morning and cooked French Toast, Home Fries and Sausage Links for 75 of our players and coaches!!! OH MY WORD!!! Our VIPERS were SO BLOWN AWAY!! The food was more than we had hoped for - but the heart that Jason did it with, let them know that JABBERS, once again is our HOMETOWN RESTAURANT!!!! THANK YOU, JABBERS!! FROM YOUR SPACE COAST VIPERS...
