Within Customer Service 48yrs, and Restaurant Hospitality 17+yrs. I can be extremely picky!

Have made many Delivery pick-ups here, tho hadn't tried anything yet. Had gotten a decent Coupon Code in the Weekly Flyers you get in the mail, that I normally don't look at.. I don't eat out much at all anymore. Made a pick-up and completed delivery, still close by. "What the heck, I'll try."

Got online to submit order, though it wouldn't accept Code. Went back to the Store. Employee JJ, I've seen a few times on pick-ups. More interaction this time w/ placing order.

He's always been attentive and polite. This moment he truly shined! Sadly, many of the younger generation don't have a care about Customer Service. JJ is impeccable! I I honestly mean that. Every aspect of his personality is incredible! Not only attentive and polite, but; personable, no issues with assisting w/ Coupon Code, reviewed order to be sure it's correct, expressed wait time, thanked for your order, etc.

While I was waiting, he assisted 2 other customers. Treated both w/ the same mannerism. Can clearly see he strives to provide exceptional Service. Now, wished I'd a asked if it would be ok to take a picture of him.

This young man deserves more than simply a Kudos! I truly hope this is seen by Corporate.

I ordered; LG Deep Dish Pie cheese only (LG required for coupon), coupon for Free Square w/ 1 Topping got pepperoni. Good portion size for a Freebie. Cooked to perfection, crust, sauce and all very tasty.

My 155lb Great Dane usually gets last bite if the food is ok for dogs. Too much dough isn't good for dogs, because dogs digest it differently than humans. Too much can actually kill them, blowing up their stomach. Most don't know that.. He got a few bites and chomped chomped down, looking for more. Ha!

I've eaten Pie's from all over the County, even Chicago & New York. Being a 38yr Professional Driver, 3yrs over-the-road.. For a Chain type Restaurant, this is well worth a try! Free Square Pie was a good deal too. Prices are reasonable. Highly...

I ordered an Italian pizza boat. I paid an extra $1.00 for mushrooms to be added that weren't added and sadly I didn't realize it until after I had already been in the store TWICE to get the correct sauces for my order. I ordered just the boat and a slice of cheese pizza. The boat was supposed to come with Italian dressing on the side. I ordered and paid for a side of ranch as well. When I picked up my order, 1) I had to ask about the ranch and was told it was already added. IN THE BOX with the HOT FOOD, IN THE WARMER. I walked back to my car over at Publix. I see I don't have the Italian dressing. I go back in with the food in hand just to show I didn't get both dressings. I was promptly handed the Italian and left. I got home and see that I don't have the mushrooms in the boat. I'm too over it to even go back in now. Sooooo I paid for the extra topping, the extra dressing, went in twice for two little items and it cost me (with a $2 cash tip for carrying out) about $20 and it's been wrong and at this point luke warm....

DO NOT order delivery from this place. We love Jets pizza, some of the best we ever had. The problem is they switched entirely to door dash delivery. The last 3 deliveries we got, the driver sets the pizza on the ground, doesn't knock doesn't ring the door bell nothing. It even says on the text.message thw driver will hand thw customer the item. Then they say in thw app thw driver handed off thw delivery. Tonight, the driver set thw pizza on the porch in a huge puddle of water. The light was even on for him.

When I called thw store, the manager was rude and stated its not his responsibility to manage door dash. He's wrong, they are charging for a service and NOT providing the service they say they will provide. I get they dont care, but they have lost our business and they dont give a damn about...
