Kairos Campo Adentro/Kairos BBQ — Restaurant in Florida

The food is good. We got one of the samplers and it was a lot of food for 2 people for a really good price. Service was extremely slow with little to no attention to detail.

If you're looking for a place to drink.... This is not the place for you. They only have three choices: sangria, mojito (a few flavors), or margaritas. We had the sangria and a mojito. Both were pretty awful (and expensive). I had to order water because I could not deal with the flavor of my drink.

If you're vegetarian (I am) and are not too picky, there's a few things to eat (e.g., mini mofongo balls, rice, beans, wedge fries). Then again, that's the case for most places in PR outside of the metro areas.

Overall, if you're in the area and you simply want some good tasting food, this is a great choice. Otherwise, I would not go out of my way to eat here - especially if you're looking for a place to relax and...

I arrived an immediately the service was horrible. I should have left. My moms in a wheelchair and the hostess/waitress didn’t even try to help hold the door for her to come in. The hostess simply said “will she fit through?!”. Once seated the table was so sticky and we mentioned it to the waitress and she replied “it’s just the material of the table” and five minutes later there were ants all over the table. At this point we should have left, again, but we didn’t. We ordered drinks after 15 minutes of waiting and the drinks arrived another 10 minutes after ordering them. There was only ONE other table in the entire restaurant but our food took more than an hour. The waitress didn’t return for drink refills at all once the food arrived and I had to go get her in the back. Another waitress eventually came with our refills while on her cellphone and rudely handed over the drinks. Worst experience ever. Never returning or recommending to anyone. I also came with two babies and they didn’t even have the courtesy to give them a plate when the food arrived until I asked for them. DO NOT GO HERE!

The food was hard and burnt.

Llegué e inmediatamente el servicio fue horrible. Debería haberme ido. Mis mamá esta en silla de ruedas y la mesera ni siquiera intento ayudar a sostener la puerta para que ella entrara. La mesera simplemente dijo: "¿Entrará?". Una vez sentados, la mesa estaba muy pegajosa y se lo mencionamos a la mesera y ella respondió "es solo el material de la mesa" y cinco minutos después había hormigas por toda la mesa. A esta altura deberíamos habernos ido otra vez, pero no lo hicimos. Pedimos bebidas después de 15 minutos de espera y las bebidas llegaron otros 10 minutos después de haberlas pedido. Solo había UNA mesa más en todo el restaurante, pero nuestra comida tardó más de una hora. La mesera no regresó para refills de las bebidas una vez que llegó la comida y tuve que ir a buscarla mesera atrás. Finalmente, otra mesera vino con nuestros refills de las bebidas mientras hablaba por teléfono celular y nos entregó las bebidas con rudeza. La peor experiencia jamás vivida en un restaurante! Nunca regresaré! También vine con dos bebés y ni siquiera tuvieron la cortesía de darles un plato cuando llegó la comida hasta que pregunté por ellos. ¡¡¡NO VAYAS AQUÍ!!!

La comida estaba...

Honestamente, toda la familia salimos desilusionada.

El interior del lugar muy acogedor y bonito. Tuve la oportunidad de visitarlo durante el día de ayer, 12 de enero 2025. Cuando vimos el video de “comeconJuan”, gran influencer que se distingue por ir a lugares y ser transparente en sus reviews, fuimos convencidos de que iba a ser una grata experiencia.

Sin embargo, desde que llegamos el mesero nos atendió de una manera desagradable. No se presentó, no nos dirigió la palabra y solo dijo: “aquí pueden escanear el menú”. Al preguntarle sobre cervezas, respondió: “no tenemos cervezas frías porque anoche estuvo el programa PR Gana”. No tenían frappé, era un cumpleaños sorpresa y cuando el mesero llegó con el postre sin avisarnos, puso el postre en la mesa y se fue. Fue un ambiente desagradable, tenso e hicieron sentir a clientes que no los querían atender. Otra familia nos indicó que se fue molesta también.

Ordenamos de comer una “Extrambotica Kairo’s”, TODA la comida estaba fría. Somos una familia que suele visitar lugares que ofrezcan platos similares y apoyar los negocios locales, pero es IMPOSIBLE que el frío de la comida haya sido en lo que el mesero la llevó a la mesa.

Hay formas de transmitir un mensaje y definitivamente, si no tenían las energías para atender clientes un domingo (luego de una actividad del programa que nos mencionó el mesero tan pronto llegamos “PR Gana”) era mejor que no abrieran.

Una cosa es sentir coraje luego de un review que no desea en su restaurante, otra muy diferente es hacer falsas declaraciones sobre su clientela. En ningún momento tengo la necesidad de “mentir” y en todo caso, quien miente es usted porque nunca se pidió ningún bizcocho. Para eso existen los reviews, así que para aclarar sus dudas, primero escribí aquí. Si no desea que su clientela le escriba, elimine el número de teléfono y el acceso a recibir mensajes.

A buen entendedor, pocas palabras bastan.
