I work nearby and have been coming here for 5 years now. The waitresses are amazing and the food is great although my experience today when picking up our order didn't sit well with me. It is season and yes they are busy... the staff is doing a great job and the cooks are getting out the orders in a flash BUT the individual that is taking payments at the counter obviously can't keep up with the demand. My food came out and was sitting on the counter so i waled up and stood there waiting while she took care of paperwork and another customer that was in front of me. When it was my turn she took my card and put it in the card reader then started taking down names of people waiting and I waited for a short time and then asked her to please finish checking me out because our food is getting cold. She then started giving attitude and giving me bad looks. I then asked her for a copy of the receipt and said thank you and have a nice day to her. As I was walking out she said "We are busy here too you know!". Whatever happened to providing good customer service? Anyone who places a order wants hot food not cold and I'm no different. I leave a GREAT tip every time I place an order for pick-up which most people do not. I do this because I know they work hard to provide a good experience and they are always friendly. This woman is NOT FRIENDLY and the 3 stars I left are for the Cooks and the Waitress that...

"Owner" (female) "bullied and humiliated" us (my cousin, a 78 yr.old Disabled Vet on oxygen) in front of everyone to leave after our selection of seating was adamantly denied (3 chair table against the wall) due to his disability. When asked why, she replied, "baby girl" I'm the OWNER and you'll sit where I put you!". I said, that is not my name and excuse me, it's Ms.Carolyn to you! She then yelled at me and said, "I don't care who you are, GET OUT, GET OUT" I couldn't believe this was happening and was shocked to be talked to and treated in such a demeaning manner!! I said I'd like to speak to one of the waitresses who had in fact waited on us several prior visits and she "jumped in my face, literally, and told me "they are my waitresses, I pay their salaries and I wasn't going to speak to anyone!" My cousin then said, come on Carolyn, let's go, As we were leaving she yelled, "DON'T COME BACK!!"

NOTE: This person needs an "ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT" BIG TIME. Apparently she was absent from kindergarten when they were teaching manners, i.e, please, thank you and I'm sorry, and Restaurant Management! (As they say, YOU JUST...

I just have to say , I've been employed @ Everybody's Brunch Place since February. I love it! We have the BEST customers. The owner/cook has been flipping eggs for over 40 years. This isn't his first restaurant in the area. He is a HANDS ON owner who takes pride in the presentation of food, Behind him is a staff with many years experience who together works a team. This is a very busy restaurant. The kitchen works quite efficiently to get the food out in a timely matter. He'll do custom food orders and of course Take Outs. There's daily Breakfast and Lunch Specials, including Omelets, French Toast, Waffles, SOS, Breakfast Sandwiches, Wraps, Salads, Chili and he is known for his French Onion Soup. Everybody's is open Monday thru Saturday 7am-2pm. Breakfast and Lunch is served all day.. There's limited outdoor seating for those who like to eat with their fur babies. The waitstaff is Awesome, we all compliment each other. This husband/wife team has this system down PAT! Check us out for yourself, i know you won't be...

REVISITED/REVISED on second visit we did a quick lunch...again very friendly staff and customers (mostly retirees)...tried Fried pork tenderloin sandwich (yummy and so big it made me two meals for $9.95) and my campion liked his BLT and tator tots were hot n crispy! This place caters to retirees who are not cooking at home much anymore...love seeing couples married for over 50yrs eating out together! FIRST VISIT Very friendly staff, clean. and they had real butter on the table! Chicken fried steaK had good flavor but made from frozen not fresh it seemed. But my poached eggs were done in the microwave and not medium. Pancakes need some vanilla or flavoring. Food did not say yummy yummy and served on plastic plates which remind me of eating in an institution or military 🤔

Everybody Brunch Place, N. Tamiami Trail, N. Ft. Myers,FL, Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter. Well here is a local secret. A wonderful down to earth breakfast/lunch spot. I was here on a Sunday morn. Parking lot full . Outdoor table taken. My meal. A western omelet with added cheese & jalapeno peppers. Hash browns and toast. WOW what a surpized...My first bite is jalapeno peppers.I LOVED IT. Hash is cooked properly and Toast just right. My food looked good it tasted good. Looking inside the kitchen I see a constant flow of orders. 8 that I can count. Orders coming in going out. I got my order in a very reasonable time. I loved this place. Service was quick. You need to try this place for a American style meal.

Fantastic experience, our first time here. The staff was extremely attentive, they have salt and pepper grinders on the tables, the place is very clean, and the food tasted great! I asked for onions with has browns, my wife wanted cheese mixed in her eggs and one sausage Patty and one sausage link, all requests we're happily fufilled. I had the cornbeef and swiss omlet special, my wife had the cinnamon raisen french toast. They even offered to prepare to go cups of our beverages.
