Lakeland Bakery — Restaurant in Florida

This bakery is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Christian is the owner/operator and he is a superb pastry chef. Yesterday was my FIRST visit to this establishment and I was lucky enough to meet his uncle, Manuelo, and Raphael, a friend! They were making plans to open a small coffee-like music/dance shop next to the bakery (there is an unoccupied storefront there) and they will serve light sandwiches & pastries with coffee, while patrons enjoy Puerto Rican Salsa-type music!
