So let me say the food is good and service is always good. The reason for the score is the prices and ordering from the App. The prices at Little Greek went up I believe too high since COVID. Three people cost $23.00 a person for and protein and salad. Before the pandemic it was about 20% lower. Little high for fast food Greek food. The next is the App. I recommend to double check which store it selects for you to order as this app twice has now put me in a location furthest away from where I ordered it or from home. Why not have it say your store and highlight it so that there is no miscommunication. They are certainly not the only ones as Rossetti Pizza has sent my order to Chicago and not Florida. We used to order and eat in at this location a lot back 8 years ago, always comparing it to other Little Greeks and this was far superior in terms of food quality and quantity (value for the money). About 6 years ago we started to notice a decrease in the value for the money part, and nowadays is just… we keep trying it every once in a while but what used to be strings of chicken, tomato slices, feta cheese all over, now is just a few chicken cubes, little strings of tomatoes and almost no feta cheese. So disappointing. I have lived in Westchase for a year and a half and have been meaning to try this place during that time. Finally decided to get takeout (our only option currently) yesterday afternoon. I decided on the falafel pita and greek salad. The falafel breading all fell off and separated from the filling, it also felt greasy and and tasted as if the oil was old. The pita was stuffed with limp shredded lettuce, extremely thin cut red onion and a two measly slices of pale, limp tomato. The side salad was ok.
