Since moving to Lehigh, I must say I havenât had many good food experiences. The local papa Johnâs pizzeria is terrible. However, after ordering Pizza tonight from Marcoâs at this location, I will never order from anywhere else again! They were TRULY amazing all around. First off, the Pizza was absolutely beautiful in how it was prepared. So much so, that we had to dig right into it before I could even take a picture.. but thatâs how you know it was GOOOOD. đ Super FRESH, and the toppings were generously applied and evenly distributed which is ideal, but some locations donât get it this way. The crust was perfectly seasoned as requested (garlic and Parmesan) and it arrived on time, HOT & Fresh. I also ordered the cinnamon bites and they were fantastic. Not too sweet, and super fresh! Love how the package of frosting comes on the side so you can add how much or how little you like. Most places over saturate their desserts and I never end up ordering them. This one was delightful! And a MUST TRY. We ordered two large pizzas with two toppings, one pepperoni and mushroom with red sauce, and one Mushroom and spinach plus grilled chicken and white sauce. I highly recommend both! They are not stingy with the cheese either, they make a pizza as IT SHOULD BE! Fresh, Cheesy, and DELICIOUS! Shout out to Mani the Manager for doing an outstanding job with the leadership and training of his outstanding staff which included the following Rockstars âABBY, LENIA, & STEPHANIEâ and also to the awesome driver who got my pizza delivered hot fresh and ready to go, with a smile, DIOSMEL.    Read moreWe were excited to know about the new pizza place in town. My Spouse picked up dinner for us, a pizza and wings with sauce on the side. Pizza was Excellent, the wings did not taste well...we all know poultry should be handled a certain way if not we can run in to some issues. In the days that followed we returned to the establishment brought back the wings and explained what we experienced. Management was passively defensive stating that their wings are made fresh everyday and that we were the first to walk in with complaints. They stated they could give us a credit on our account (wings). We insisted on our money back (wings). We believe that the establishment felt that they were doing us a favor. Wen in reality we where doing them a favor and inconvenienced ourselves by having to return to inform them of the issue we encountered with their food. If I was management I would have been grateful and would have apologized for the inconvenience. Furthermore I would have given the client an option...credit, Cash or even a discount for the next order in good faith for the inconvenience. I would also make shore that my staff is following proper protocol on how the poultry is being handled. I would also keep on eye on the quality of poultry my establishment is getting. This is a new establishment, I hope that in time they will do right by their service....
   Read moreI have been a customer for Marco's Pizza off of Bells Boulevard for a little of 3 years and some months. It is 4:35 p.m. Friday the 19th 2024. This was the worst phone customer service I ever received from that place. First off the phone representative, did not give me a chance to say anything before she asked me and I'm Christopher, I am a female. I asked her do I sound like a man đ¤đĄ. She did Apologize and I gave her the benefit of the doubt to carry on what I was asking. Again she was not paying attention to what I was saying because she said that she do not see my order. I have not placed no order as I told her. If she be quiet or learn to be quiet and listen to what a customer has to say her job will be so much better. So I told her never mind I do not want nothing. Too many complications with a phone order which I'm already having problems with the online order... I think the family will be getting Pizza Hut pizza tonight. They need to train her on how to listen before she speaks to a customer on the phone and acknowledge them as a female or a male through their voice or they name (which I gave her my name Tiffany đ¤Ś)... Once again training she needs. Sorry Marco's... We are doing the Hutđ...
