Was blessed to be introduced to some of the best BBQ that I have tried in long time by a co-worker. You can taste the dedication and love that is put into their food and that same love and dedication to quality is given to patrons that are lucky enough to experience such deliciousness. Thank you so much Brian Sr, Brian Jr, Kyle and especially Michelle, whose friendly service and great smile made it a pleasure for my tummy and heart. And for sure I will not only be back, I am spreading the word on how freaking YUMMY the food is here and needs to be experienced!! Please try the fantastic brisket and more importantly those addictive TEXAS TWINKIES...SOOO GOOD!! My mouth is watering as I type these words. :)

I finally had the chance to stop at the MF Bbq truck and I was so happy I did! The family was such a pleasure to chat with while waiting. It smelled and amazing and great little setup. Also I have been craving good bbq and real brisket specifically!! And I have been saying we need a great local spot here in town! Well… Brisket was amazing. It was seasoned great and tender I got chopped and sliced. Tried both sauces of course were both delicious! The cheddar jalapeño sausage was legittt and delicious, better than 8/10 places Ive ever tried!! Collards greens and baked beans were great! Can’t wait to try the Ribs and mac n cheese and other options! Support your locals! Great food 🔥

▪︎ The service was lovely. A small family that are very local to the area and passionate of their food. ▪︎ Brisket Sandwich "MackRib" was very delicious. The meat was thick and savory, and the bread held well and didn't get soggy. My only complaint was I couldn't finish! Also, you'll need to be careful of the couple bones. ▪︎ Mac & Cheese was decent. I see the vision, but a slight tweak could improve it. ▪︎ Beans was delicious. I would definitely recommend. ▪︎ Coleslaw was pretty good. Only wish it was cold when we starting eating. ▪︎ Texas Twinkie was good. Overall - 4.5/5 Atmosphere - 3.8/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 4.4/5

This BBQ is hands down the best BBQ I've ever had...and I'm from NC, hung out in East TN growing up, and I've tried a LOT of BBQ here in FL, but nothing beats this!!! Service was great and served with a smile, and I can't wait to go back and get more! It's very Keto friendly, and they give you plenty for what you pay for! Can't wait to see their success end up an actual restaurant because they could really make this a huge BBQ competition for many others in the Riverview/Apollo Beach area! VERY Veteran friendly as well, and I love the flag I got to sign. Love supporting small businesses that support our military and Veterans! Go getcha...
