EDIT: I am not sure what has happened to this place over the last year but man have I been disappointed in the food the last 7 to 8 times I have been. Also the cleanliness is not being kept up, the windows are filthy, there is a electric flyswatter being kept at the bar for all the flys, food on the floor, and not to mention receiving a dirty plate. We went three nights ago and I got the wings and we ordered a pizza, the wings were disgusting!! They tastes like they thawed the wings in a dirty sink with water before cooking them, they were wrinkled and soggy on the outside and rubbery in texture, they also changed the dressing you get with them and you get less now. The crust on the pizza was not cooked all the way either. I do not typically write bad reviews but I am hoping the owner sees this and makes a dramatic change to whatever they are allowing to go on. It almost feels like there is no real management anymore which is ashame because we loved coming to this restaurant in the past and were regulars but I feel the time has come where we need to take our business somewhere else. Original Post: This is the BEST pizza anywhere around! Oh yeah lets not forget the service is always on point as well. This is the happening pizza place all week and definitely on the weekends so I suggest getting their early. Their wings are also delicious!

I hate leaving bad reviews. Really. I do. So I'll end with the positive. We can start with the bad. Much like I had to. 80 year old grandpa who is disabled. Two kids under 2. Momma and me. Waiting for 4 others to show up. We wanted to get seated and drinks ordered for everyone. It is the owners opinion and right as its his establishment that any table of this size must wait to be seated until every last person in the party is present. Leaving us standing there like a bunch of fools. Of course no place to sit and wait comfortably. It is rather unprofessional looking to leave a family standing there in the lobby feeling dissapointed prior to even being able to receive service. I almost relocated our family outing. It was also tight quarters so having new customers come in and weave around us was awkward for all. Now. We did get seated. The waitress was great. The waiter that handled our table was beyond amazing. Took a family photo for us, drinks like clockwork, no lack in service. The food was very good. And I would eat here again. Luckily for the owner he hires amazing staff that seem very genuine and produce a really decent quality bite to eat. I will give this a shot again next time I'm down to see all the family.

I’m a New Yorker, and I appreciated the atmosphere of this place. Feels like NY! The pizza was good, the crust was like good NY dough, but the pizza as a whole is not what I would consider authentic NY pizza. We got the Bianca white pizza and the Margherita, and garlic Parmesan wings. I hate to say it, but everything lacked some flavor. True NY Margherita pizza has lots of marinara, sliced fresh mozzarella, lots of garlic and basil. This one is basically a cheese pizza with diced tomatoes and a little basil on top. No marinara, just pizza sauce. It was ok, but not the Margherita I miss! The white pizza was good, but def. could have used more garlic and ricotta. The wings were cooked well, but surprisingly lacked flavor. We covered them in parmesan. As far as pizza goes in the area, it was better than most. The crust was great and the ingredients were good, it just wasn’t the authentic NY pizza I was hoping for! I’m leaving this review because I hope my feedback is valued and I really want to come back and love this place! We will order something different next time and see how it goes. The service was excellent :)

My wife ordered online and I went to go pick up the order. I got there and told the cashier my name and she brought out the food. I didn't know what my wife ordered but I told the cashier my first and last name and she handed me the food so I ASSUMED the food I was being given was my food. I went back and drove home. As I was driving away I received a call from what hopefully sounded like the manager stating he thinks I picked up the wrong order, that order was suppose to go to another person with the same name as me and almost the same order. I told him my wife ordered two pizzas and some other things and that's what it looked like. After that conversation, I got another phone call from the same guy but now he was accusing me that I went into the restaurant and purposely took the wrong order and now he has the other person there expecting his order. He then went on to say that it was my fault for picking up the wrong order and that I need to pay. I tried telling him that the cashier asked for both my first and last name and handed me the order, which I assumed was mine because I GAVE MY FIRST AND LAST NAME. He kept stating that it was my fault, that I didn't know what I ordered and kept asking me what I was going to do about it. Even though his cashier was the person who handed me the wrong pizza, I have this guy accusing me that I purposely came in to take someone else's pizza. It's not like I didn't pay for my pizza order, they were around the same price! Never in my life have I had a more rude worker harass me and call me about an order they messed up. I will never recommend this place to anyone for so long as I live. The guy never said his name but claimed he worked there for 13 years and that this is how it is and that I should pay atleast 30% of the other order since I took the wrong one because the restaurant didn't want to bite the bullet. Again never in my entire life have I been treated so poorly by a restaurant....Las Casa Bianca is better pizza anyway instead of this...

We are on family Vacation, we called due to 2 of our 5 kids under 14 years have celiac disease and lactose allergy. They said over call they could accommodate. State no wait once we got in we asked for a booth they said the waitress for all the both couldn’t help us bc not their then, this seems odd what business wants to lose money because of this excuse. We have two children under 5 so we ask for booth when we go out for this reason due to we can keep the kids inside the booth and not having them wanting to get out and walk around the entire time also, I am a disabled veteran who has some medical issues and the cushion on the booth are more comfortable then chairs. Once we said I guess no one wanted a good tip we left to load our kids up to go somewhere else, I went back in to ask for a manager phone number and or owners, I was asked why I said due to we own our own business back home and this excuse was no reason not to serve a family or anyone, then they state after talking that it was due to the booth could only fit 4 people only and it a fire code issue. So the story then changed, I then left the owner a voicemail at least that what I was told with the number I got from the restaurant with no call back assuming it correct number then maybe owner don’t care neither or just busy. Either way I guess one less place to go while we take Multiple trips to this area.

Update due to owners response: Curious of why the host didn’t say fire hazard at first, a host should have known this then, those booth could easy fit 7 of us when your talking two parents and 5 kids at the age of 14,13,12,5,2 I eat out a lot in Florida when we come multiple times a year and this is the first time of this issue with booth sitting, as a person who has worked in all type of jobs to include waitress and now owning my own business the story changed multiple times, that is odd but again I’ll take my money else...

Worst customer service I've had in years! Second time coming here, and the crew were jerks. I wouldn't eat here again if they paid for it. My friend accidentally ordered takeout after being confused by their pushy attitude at the counter and not recalling that I was coming in to sit down with them. When they sat down to wait for the pizza at the table, I came in and sat down and realized there weren't drinks. They were frustrated because of the attitude of the young lady at the counter and didn't want to go back up so that we could eat there. I told them I would go up and order. I did, to get some coffee and water. They didn't have coffee, which they do sell on the menu(?!). I went back and they picked something different. Got back to the counter and was told that I couldn't be served because we got takeout. What kind of asinine rule is that? If it's a question of tipping the waitress, I'd do so out of courtesy (even though their slow and bumbling service doesn't deserve it). It's freaking pizza for Christ's sake, not a five-star cuisine and it's not that great anyways, just convenient (having been to New York on multiple occasions, I can testify that it tastes nothing like a Lombardi's pie). I explained that it was an honest mistake on my friend's part and that we intended to eat there. The young lady turns to some young punk with an attitude making pizza and they couldn't make the exception... for a return customer who unbeknownst to them drops serious cash in restaurants of much better reputation and likes to bring by clientele. He simply states, "No, you can't have drinks" and "we have a sign" (which was still hard to locate after he pointed in the general direction). If I could use a explicit term here about this joint I would, but I'll just say this--if I could rate this establishment with a negative star,...
