My wife ordered online and I went to go pick up the order. I got there and told the cashier my name and she brought out the food. I didn't know what my wife ordered but I told the cashier my first and last name and she handed me the food so I ASSUMED the food I was being given was my food. I went back and drove home. As I was driving away I received a call from what hopefully sounded like the manager stating he thinks I picked up the wrong order, that order was suppose to go to another person with the same name as me and almost the same order. I told him my wife ordered two pizzas and some other things and that's what it looked like. After that conversation, I got another phone call from the same guy but now he was accusing me that I went into the restaurant and purposely took the wrong order and now he has the other person there expecting his order. He then went on to say that it was my fault for picking up the wrong order and that I need to pay. I tried telling him that the cashier asked for both my first and last name and handed me the order, which I assumed was mine because I GAVE MY FIRST AND LAST NAME. He kept stating that it was my fault, that I didn't know what I ordered and kept asking me what I was going to do about it. Even though his cashier was the person who handed me the wrong pizza, I have this guy accusing me that I purposely came in to take someone else's pizza. It's not like I didn't pay for my pizza order, they were around the same price! Never in my life have I had a more rude worker harass me and call me about an order they messed up. I will never recommend this place to anyone for so long as I live. The guy never said his name but claimed he worked there for 13 years and that this is how it is and that I should pay atleast 30% of the other order since I took the wrong one because the restaurant didn't want to bite the bullet. Again never in my entire life have I been treated so poorly by a restaurant....Las Casa Bianca is better pizza anyway instead of this...
Read moreWe are on family Vacation, we called due to 2 of our 5 kids under 14 years have celiac disease and lactose allergy. They said over call they could accommodate. State no wait once we got in we asked for a booth they said the waitress for all the both couldn’t help us bc not their then, this seems odd what business wants to lose money because of this excuse. We have two children under 5 so we ask for booth when we go out for this reason due to we can keep the kids inside the booth and not having them wanting to get out and walk around the entire time also, I am a disabled veteran who has some medical issues and the cushion on the booth are more comfortable then chairs. Once we said I guess no one wanted a good tip we left to load our kids up to go somewhere else, I went back in to ask for a manager phone number and or owners, I was asked why I said due to we own our own business back home and this excuse was no reason not to serve a family or anyone, then they state after talking that it was due to the booth could only fit 4 people only and it a fire code issue. So the story then changed, I then left the owner a voicemail at least that what I was told with the number I got from the restaurant with no call back assuming it correct number then maybe owner don’t care neither or just busy. Either way I guess one less place to go while we take Multiple trips to this area.
Update due to owners response: Curious of why the host didn’t say fire hazard at first, a host should have known this then, those booth could easy fit 7 of us when your talking two parents and 5 kids at the age of 14,13,12,5,2 I eat out a lot in Florida when we come multiple times a year and this is the first time of this issue with booth sitting, as a person who has worked in all type of jobs to include waitress and now owning my own business the story changed multiple times, that is odd but again I’ll take my money else...
Read moreWorst customer service I've had in years! Second time coming here, and the crew were jerks. I wouldn't eat here again if they paid for it. My friend accidentally ordered takeout after being confused by their pushy attitude at the counter and not recalling that I was coming in to sit down with them. When they sat down to wait for the pizza at the table, I came in and sat down and realized there weren't drinks. They were frustrated because of the attitude of the young lady at the counter and didn't want to go back up so that we could eat there. I told them I would go up and order. I did, to get some coffee and water. They didn't have coffee, which they do sell on the menu(?!). I went back and they picked something different. Got back to the counter and was told that I couldn't be served because we got takeout. What kind of asinine rule is that? If it's a question of tipping the waitress, I'd do so out of courtesy (even though their slow and bumbling service doesn't deserve it). It's freaking pizza for Christ's sake, not a five-star cuisine and it's not that great anyways, just convenient (having been to New York on multiple occasions, I can testify that it tastes nothing like a Lombardi's pie). I explained that it was an honest mistake on my friend's part and that we intended to eat there. The young lady turns to some young punk with an attitude making pizza and they couldn't make the exception... for a return customer who unbeknownst to them drops serious cash in restaurants of much better reputation and likes to bring by clientele. He simply states, "No, you can't have drinks" and "we have a sign" (which was still hard to locate after he pointed in the general direction). If I could use a explicit term here about this joint I would, but I'll just say this--if I could rate this establishment with a negative star,...
