I just had by far one of the WORST customer service experiences thus far. I use pick n run for my morning coffee before work almost every morning. Although the staff at dunkin is typically slow, i have been understanding up to this point that they are extremely under staffed. But today drew the line in the sand for me. An elder lady had a larger order of food and coffee that she had written down on a piece of paper. She began shaking hands soft voice, going over the order with the lady at the counter. The lady got extremely rude and impatient with her, repeating stuff back to her in the upmost snotty belittling way possible as if to make her feel stupid for checking her order. The elder lady was simply trying to make sure she got everything she needed on her tidy little list and the dunkin girl absolutely belittled her. I couldnt stand by and wstch, i was mortified and embarassed for her, so i attempted to suggest to the dd cashier that she could show a little bit of respect and speak to her in a nicer tone and that she was only trying to figure her order out. The dd girl began yelling at me saying its none of my business, all meanwhile this poor lady is still just trying to check her order while being made to feel like a fool! I then went and sought out a manager, at which point i explained my displeasure with the entire situation. As im explaining to the manager, the girl LEAVES the dd register, customers and all, came over to me speaking w thr manager snd began screaming about how rude i am and how she hopes i never come back , said some other less than pleasant things i wont get into on here. All meanwhile she is yelling this in front of other customers. The manager was un helpful, the dunkin lady was over the top rude shouting at me until the second i walked out the door. I am a manager and apart of a huge corporation and if ANY of my employees ever treated a customer this way i would be mortified! Its completely unacceptable and down roght disgusting behavior and customer service skills. Pick and run should re consider who they are choosing to represent their company and choose wiser... I will...
Read moreThis place was suggested to me by somebody (for their tiramisu, specifically). I went in, noticed a cold cheese pizza in a box with $4.99 written on it. Assuming it was marked down for quick sale, I told the man behind the pizza counter to heat it up real good for me. Once it was in the oven, I noticed that ALL cheese pizzas, made fresh or cold were on sale for $4.99. When he came back out, I asked the employee why he didn't suggest me order a fresh new one for the same price. He said that's what I pointed to and that's what he heated up. Yep. He could have gotten me a fresh one made but instead heated up a cold pre-made one from the case. I got my tiramisu as well. WELL....I ate my first slice in the car on my way out. To say it tasted like cardboard is an understatement, even with added garlic powder and oregano. I would have been better off going to Walmart and getting myself 4 frozen Mama Celeste Pizza For One cheese pizzas that I KNOW I would have enjoyed better. I ate another slice, then threw the rest of the pizza in the garbage. The sauce had NO seasoning, had little cheese and it REALLY tasted like the cardboard box it came in. This was honestly the worst tasting pizza from a "pizzeria" that I've ever tasted here in Pt. Charlotte. The tiramisu was decent, but not as good as was told to me. I prefer the Publix tiramisu, personally. But not bad, nonetheless. I give Pik N Run Pizza City at Peachland/Forest Nelson two stars. Three for the tiramisu. Zero stars for the tasteless cold-but-heated-up pizza. Shame on the guy behind the pizza counter for not offering me a fresh one for the same price, knowing...
Read moreJust went to the Pik n run on Peachland blvd. I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone the lady I spoke with repeated my order back to me and even stated there would be an upcharge for the extra topping. I went to picked up my pizza I opened the box and told her they forgot to put one of the toppings I ordered on the pizza. The employee named Dara response by telling my I ordered my pizza wrong. I then explained that why would I order a pizza the way I want it wrong? She then said it was my fault the pizza was made wrong and processed to tell me to give her back both pizzas and she will refund my money. I then told her I have hungry kids that are waiting on this pizza so if she could remake the pizzas I would prefer that. Dara then told me no she didn’t want to remake my pizza and to take my money back. I told her that her customer service was all wrong and she should NEVER treat a customer the way she was treating me. She should never tell a customer it’s their fault she made a mistake! I come here every single day and every Friday I order pizza here and have never ran into this employee until tonight. I spend A LOT of money in this store and after the way I was treated tonight I will never go back there and I will be sure to let my friends and family know to avoid this place as the employee Dara is the rudest person I have ever met. I will be sure to post all over my social media about my experience at this Pik n run this evening! As a local business owner I would never let my employees treat or talk to a customer in the manner I was...
