Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Florida

RIDICULOUSLY SLOW SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked up and waited in line for about 5 minutes. When I noticed that the pizza that I wanted was not already prepared I stepped to the front and told the girl that was working the cash register. The way she spoke I couldn’t understand her. When I finally got to the front and ordered my pizza she said I was going to be seven minutes and I asked if I wanted to get the combo. I said yes. She didn’t give me the cup so I had to grab one for my self. Then while I stood there waiting they put out my pizza and someone took it and I had to practically yell that one was supposed to be mine before she put out the others . THEN after paying +$9 she still didn’t have my bread sticks ready so I had to wait 5-10 more minutes while the staff worked slowly. By the time I got the bread sticks they were burnt and my pizza was cold. Waste of my time and money. DO...

We bought 2 personal pan pizzas and 2 chicken Alfredo. The gentleman who check us out was very nice and professional. We take our food to the car to eat because we were charging our car and as soon as we opened the chicken Alfredo a strong strong smell of fish rushed throughout the car, and yes the chicken was spoiled rotten. We go back to the counter and tell the guy who ran us out that the food was spoiled and he opened the boxes and was in such disgusted as well. He called the manager over and told him that both pastas were rotten, the manager was like ok, do you want a fresh pizza instead… he really didn’t care and wasn’t concerned like if this happens all the time. Not good at all. Please be careful when ordering from here. My kid who took 1 bite from their pasta has been sick...

Should have opened the box... container before buying.. Anyway...the Alfredo Chicken... bought 2 and a few boxes of pizza. Packaging is large and the tin foil container plate is large...once you open it up...ha ha ..not very much pasta or chicken... especially for the price. We were already back on the road otherwise would have returned and asked for a refund or asked...fill the container up. Pizza? Cut into 4 pieces, no taste, bland. I didn't remember why we stopped ordering from Pizza Hut a few years ago...
