DONE! 2 times in a row now a delivery order was incorrect. 1st one was burnt and forgot items. I was going to get $5 off my next order. 2nd time weeks later they sent the wrong pizzas. Called to explain and was on hold forever while the pizza I did have was now cold. Then they tried to tell me they show the order but not where I paid for it. Total BS! They just don't want to issue a refund. I also did not receive the $5 credit for the mistake from last order. At this point Pizza Hut has ripped me off for $30! Delivery order wasn't checked either. No sign off on the receipt. HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT TO LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! I'll be calling my bank and stopping payment on the card I used.

Edited 2 years later all the way to a one because of yet another horrible experience. Food was 39 minutes late and our dinner box didn't even have all the items. I don't understand how they continue to be so trash. How can a manager not care enough to improve. Placed an order online and was told it would be ready at 6. Arrived at 6:10 and order wasnt quite ready. Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes only to be told to pull to the front and it would be another 5 minutes. Ended up getting all food at 6:38. Pizza was cold by the time everything else was ready. Absolutely ridiculous.

An hour and a half after receiving my order I got a call from the manager telling me I needed to pay the driver. I paid the driver and tipped him when he arrived (as I do with every order I ever made from anywhere). After some back and forth explaining that I did in fact pay the driver and have quite clear video footage of me handing the cash over, the manager was insisting I was incorrect and just needed to pay the missing money. I offered to drive to the store and provide the video proof and the manager decided to hang up on me. Here's a picture of the proof.

I placed my order, paid and parked and was told my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. So I waited with my children. After about 20 minutes I noticed others approach the window, place their orders and also parked. Next I noticed individuals that placed orders after me get their order brought out to their vehicles. After 3 or 4 orders were brought out, I approached the building catching a worker deliver an order. I asked her shirt my order which was now over 45 minutes of waiting. I showed my receipt she chuckled and asked if I'd been parked to which I replied yes. She told me that service is horrible at this location she will admit. She told me my order would be another 5-10 minutes, it's in the oven. She offered to let me speak with the manager. So, out comes a female totally zoned out appeared asking did you want to see me, I said yes if you're the manager. She stated that she was the manager. I explained my issue and also showed her the receipt pointing out the time stamp. I asked why was I waiting so long for my order and others that placed orders after me parked and waited received their order and was gone. She told me that it hasn't been 30-40 minutes and I again pointed to the time stamp. She said that your pizza is coming out now and I'm not going to argue with you about the time and she'd bring my pizza right out. I said no, I'll take my money back. She snatched the receipt went in and returned with my money. This was poor management displayed do I'll NEVER order from this location again. Management needs to be reminded why they have jobs, because of customers spending their money. Poor representation...

Called and placed an order for pickup on Sunday October 20th at 4:55 pm. Was left on hold for over 10 minutes! Hung up and called back and got another person who claimed they just started their shift and said they saw the phone blinking but didn't get to it in time. Finally took my order for 2 personal pan pizzas : one with cheese and one pepperoni. My husband went to the drive thru pickup window and was given a medium pizza with half pepperoni as a substitute instead. We were never called and told they were out of the personal pan dough nor were we given the opportunity to make another choice before driving there to pick it up! When I called today to explain the substitution was not ok, ( as I am a vegetarian and also have food allergies and sensitivities) the Manager (Nikki) was rude, dismissive and argumentative about the replacement and blamed my husband who picked up the order for not saying something about it yesterday. I was floored by her attitude and asked for the district managers name and phone#. She placed me on hold again. After encountering her attitude I chose to file a complaint with corporate and hung up. This location has a long history of poor customer service and poor product quality. I should have looked at Google reviews before deciding to give this location another chance after having stopped ordering from them several years ago....

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Says it was delivered on my text message. I go outside to get the pizza it is not there. I call the store and they hang up without saying anything and I call back they answer and say they tried to find my house but couldn’t and I gave them the wrong number that was disconnected and that was all my fault. (Even though I’m getting text messages with order updates so my number must have been entered correctly) Then I tell them to use a different gps because we’re in a new development and she tells me that are not allowed to. Then she tells me she needs my correct number so that I can manually navigate the driver to my house? I told her just to cancel the order, I don’t understand why all the drama for a simple pizza delivery at 11am on a Saturday.

This store needs to hire better employees with respect and common courtesy for customers. The fact that the call started with it’s all my fault and I gave the wrong number and they can’t find my house? That’s not my problem. My number was correct as I was getting order updates via text message and they scammed me out of a pizza because they said it was delivered when it was not. Fraudulent...
