Rio Bravo Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Florida

Got an order to go and it was taken wrong and once I got home to found out it was incorrect I called the restaurant and the manger told me that we ordered wrong after 4 people heard the order. Instead of just apologizing and offering to remake it the owner got confrontational and said we were wrong and hung up on me 3 times. Disappointing to lose business over a burrito, and people wonder why they can’t keep a business because instead of just correcting the issue, they would rather argue and say that four people were wrong and that was not what was ordered. The fourth time I called back I ask to speak with the manager to find out she was the one that was the manger/owner. We arrived at 4pm on Saturday, 1 person in restaurant. So not busy at all, hostess never smiled once definitely didn't make you feel welcome they took our order and food was received in a timely manner. We ordered the chimichanga and the fajita bowl , flavor of the food was very good , BUT the steak in both was so tough we could barely chew it. Like many restaurants in Okeechobee, this one is locally owned. It's obvious the owners take pride in their business. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and apparently well stocked. The employees are Mexican (it's a Mexican restaurant lol), very helpful & friendly, and converse well with the customers. Very large selection on the menu including some items I've not seen in other ethnic restaurants. The food is well prepared and very tasty. And to top it off, it's reasonable priced!
