Good small place with very friendly employees who make you feel very welcomed and like they don't just clock into a JOB they get paid for doing something and doing it at somewhere they find joy at. To Me customer service tells a lot about a company. You can tell them to smile and what to say and it works on most, but to people like me who, unfortunately, have a very very strong intuition and feel what people feel around me. The barista, while the door was open, was saying she had no idea how to make the drink and beside her the other girl said she don't know as well, then she proceeded to make my drink anyway. She didn't care about my coffee nor if it was made right. The coffee is incredibly sweet and often overpowers the actually flavor of coffee (I know, it's called Shuga Beanz, but still.)
