Subway — Restaurant in Florida

The service is super slow! That's gotten a bit faster than from when the old lady that work there that was from a different country she was super freaking slow so it's gotten a tad bit faster I think that's all I got new people but I don't know who the black lady was that was managing or whatever she would open and close the door whenever she wanted to and watch you not like look at the door and wonder why they were closed when I sit on the door that they were specifically supposed to be open and no just for everybody's reference and not racist it's not because she's black it's just the fact that they're supposed to be open it says you're open online on the door and everywhere else you should be open especially at lunch time and not close because you had an emergency you better call somebody not just close the store down and leave and then wait 5 minutes wondering why we're wondering why it's closed before you...

First time eating at the subway. It was my lunch hour at my new job. I ordered online and when I went to go pick it up the subs were not done. There was only one person working. And she had to finish with the two people in line. But then I noticed several other people going in, and she was taking their orders. Meanwhile the online orderers were being pushed aside. I explained that I see you're very busy, and she was nice, but I only have an hour to eat lunch and I can't wait until the store is completely empty of customers before you make my sandwich. It took 20 minutes after I went to the store which cut majorly into my lunch hour considering I had to drive back to work. The food was okay. we had a terrible experience today, i’ve never had a bad thing to say about subway at any location i’ve been to. today my boyfriend and i went on his lunch break, the lady started making our sandwiches at the same time which is great if you can multitask! however this lady had a bad attitude, we felt like we were being rushed to make our sandwiches, and then i had asked for vinegar and repeated myself THREE times and she still put ranch on both sandwiches, instead of vinegar at that point i didn’t even care i wanted to get out of there, i was so aggravated. i’m not a very picky person when it comes to restaurants i work in a restaurant so i understand how people are and can be, but today it...
