Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Agressive staff who harass customers! After waiting ~5 minutes for another employee to come help, while a man named Robert cleaned, I left line to look in the gas station. When someone came to make food, I got back in line and Robert muttered rudely, calling me impatient. I said I wasn’t being impatient but he could have provided an explanation on why we weren’t getting help (common courtesy, as the only one behind the counter). He then got aggressive and said he’s off duty and he doesn’t have to put up with anyone talking to him like that and told us “to come at him” while making aggressive postures towards us. Went on a hostile rant about how I can call his manager and yelled his name at us. He is clearly a very violent, emotionally unstable person who should not be in customer service.
