Terrible. My wife and I chose to stop at this one because it had 4.4 Stars, but what a mistake. There was only one worker and she was complaining and making excuses about why everything was going slow - she said she was “slammed since 11am and didn’t have any time to prep” - yet it was 6:30pm, so it seemed hard to believe. I started watching her and noticed that she was extremely slow at every single task. She took a full minute just to get another bag of spinach and refill the spinach bin. There were only 6 customers in front of us - a mother and father with their two kids, and then two men. We waited for a full 10 minutes for her to get through the family’s order. Once one of the men got up to order, he must have mentioned something about the wait because she started making all sorts of excuses about why it was taking so long. We waited another 5 minutes and in the middle of making his order, she announced that she was out of tuna and steak because she didn’t have time to prep - oh, thanks for mentioning that. All I wanted was steak and we waited 15 minutes just to turn around and walk out. Also, it was absolutely freezing inside the restaurant. Whoever owns/operates this place needs to schedule more people to work and make sure they show up. If there’s only one person, they need to be fast enough to serve and keep up with prep. 6:30pm is usually a prime dinner time. It isn’t...

Rudest subway I have ever been too! The young female (2404) that waited on me never greeted me or smiled. I noticed a large dog in the dining area. Extremely unsanitary and unsafe for other customers. The dog was growling at me. I have been bitten by dogs and am allergic to dogs. Dogs should not be allowed in restaurants, stores and hotels for sanitary reasons. They were out of Italian cheese bread. How does that happen with 2 people working? I asked the girl if they had swiss cheese and she pointed at the cheese. Very rude! The bread I got was not fresh. Some of the veggies seemed frozen. Extra crunchy. The Swiss cheese had an extra strong taste. No more sea salt or cracked pepper to add flavor? Most of the tables were dirty. There was dirt all over the floors. Dirtiest subway I've ever been too! It looked like someone went mudding and then walked around subway! The temperature was 60 or 65 degrees. I thought it was going to snow inside subway.
