Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Link on Google said open till 11, got there at about 8:30. Walked up to order and told by a rude employee that was apparently cleaning up that they were closed... Due to the lack of employees... When asked why they didn't update their hours online we got a rude response and then a few more sarcastic responses. I asked to talk to the manager... Apparently she was the manager. No wonder you can't get people to work for you with that attitude and smart mouth. For an area that depends so much on visitors to the area you'd think at little more effort to at least be polite and understanding that after a 8 hour drive one would be greeted with a little bit of at least geniality wouldn't be too much to ask. I know no one wants to work in this area, but that is NOT my fault. I have a feeling that when folks decide they have to work a real job again that this will be the last place they'll want to be... I sure...

Do not waste your time at this Subway restaurant. This location used to be okay but seems to have fallen apart like the convenience store it sits in. The service and food are not up to par with the other Subway restaurants. Everytime I have gone in the last year they either didn't have the correct sandwich ordered or they made no sandwich at all and said to get in the back of the line. So I have been 5 times this year and ended up getting refunded, not eating lunch those 5 days. The people managaing it are horrible at there job or should be working somewhere else period. I do not recommend this place as a 40 year local resident. Also, they have removed there phone from service so you can't call the subway or the store. I wonder if they had too many complaints or something. Thats just another sign to stay away and I will not...

This is a good, quick Subway. I've been here a few times and like most fast food places the service depends on who is working. I've certainly never had any problems here but some employees are better than others at making sandwiches. I will say that this Subway is better than the one further down Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach. Their toppings are fresher and they are less stingy with them. It is also nice that this Subway is inside the gas station. You can get a sandwich and then get snacks from the station. No more tiny...
