Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I have been here several times and this Subway has gone down hill so much. The service is slow and always seems that they are more concerned with making online pick up orders before the helping the customers standing in line. I ordered a sandwich I have ordered a few times and now all of a sudden I have to pay for cheese on it?? I ordered this sandwich at another location and never have been told that. Worst sandwich ever. So skinny, ordered a 6 inch roast beef two literally paper thin pieces of roast beef, two pieces of cheese, and then a couple of condiments that I requested, but I have never had such a small sub it was mostly bread. Been there twice won't make the mistake again....1st time they didn't have the carving board turkey and they are scared to give you any toppings..second time lettuce was brown in bin and wahen I requested the spinach I was only given a few leaves for $20 for 2 sandwiches and 3 cookies and to still be hungry is ludicrous..
