Its all about Crystal, the manager!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst experience at this Subway we have ever had, thanks to Crystal. We placed our order online. My wife went to the gas station and I went into subway to get our online order. I stood at the cash register so I could grab my online order and get out fast. Crystal the manager had other plans for me. I waited while she took 2 orders from other people. I don't understand why Subway has online ordering if they don't want people to get in and get out. Anyhow, I waited and waited, I finally sat down. I waited for about 5 minutes and then thought, hey I will take a picture of Crystal and give a review in Yelp and post her on it so everybody can see who they do not want to order from. So I took a picture of her and right away she came over and gave me my online order. While she was giving me my online order she said thanks and I felt like I was being a pest to her for ordering food. It gets better. After we arrived home, we began eating our sandwiches when my wife noticed her sandwich was lacking cheese and banana peppers. She had also requested extra pickle, mayo and tomato. Neither of which were extra. I was half way into my sandwich and asked if anybody had mayo, she said yes but not much, I said I had ordered online extra mayo, and I got less than what I usually do when I order regular. She agreed and thats when she took another picture of her food. We are frequent customers of this location at it is close to home. After this experience, I will actually call ahead to see if manager Crystal is working, if she is, then I won't be ordering. I was so upset with my experience I proceeded to call the store. My call was answered by "Crystal" who answered the phone rudely (as expected). She didn't know me at all but she was very rude. I asked for the manager. She told me she was one of the managers. I explained how I felt about her attitude and her not giving me my order while I was waiting for 5 minutes. And of course she said nothing. I asked again if there was a manager that I could speak too and she became silent and then said a manager would be in tomorrow morning. I said I thought you said you were a manager. She said you requested a manager and one will be in tomorrow. I explained to her that the bad service was documented on Yelp, Travelocity and Trip Advisor, again there was silence. She did not say a word. I then said I would call the manager tomorrow. For the owners of this establishment, you need to get rid of this cancer at night! I will spread the word to everybody in my community to stay away from this Subway as long as Crystal the manager is working.
If she is a manager, she definitely needs to be demoted and requested to take a course in customer service as I stated to her...

Every item we asked for, received a rude comment, we both ignored her comments, knowing that this may not be her best day. I noticed that the lettuce was brown and slimy, so I said "oh the lettuce is a bit wilty" not rudely, usually a staff will replace the item with fresh when a customer is nice. She said in a very mean way "that's how they send it to us! I said ok, I'll skip it this time. She was so very mean to my husband (who has a bit of an accient) with everything he ordered for his sandwitch. Finally we just walked out. Leaving her with three partially made sandwitches. Her shirt said boss, but she will be running this place in the ground with that attitude. We will not be returning, EVER! There is another Subway up the street, and they are nice and have fresh...
Read moreThey are fast and fresh! The place is always clean (even the restrooms), and smells like bread. They are not your typical gas station Subway. I'm not sold on the new foot long choices. The churro has to be eaten immediately or it becomes an odd texture. The pretzel is straight and therefore loses some of the softness. The cookie is alright, but I think we prefer the regular cookies. Maybe extra fresh options instead like carrot and celery would work better. This is a friendly Subway (most of the time). Some of the younger ladies that work there complain about customers...
