Sweet Town — Restaurant in Florida

In 12 years, I have always had custom cakes done for my son. I’ve bought them in the east coast, and here in SW Florida. I have never had such an incredible custom made cake done like “Sweet Town.” Beginning from the outstanding customer service, they were polite, professional, caring wanting to give me the best suggestions, (which for the record worked by the way.) and above all, their attention to detail was impeccable. Their aesthetic technique left me speechless in the design of the cake. Even to the point of their friendly and warm greeting as they met me at their door to give me instructions on how to best position the cake in my car. This experience with “Sweet Town” has been an amazing unforgettable experience that will bring joy and beautiful memories to everybody in the party, especially me and my son. I ordered a Pineapple Vanilla cake from Sweet.townusa this weekend. It was kind of last minute, as we just felt like having Dominican Cake this weekend. I ordered it Saturday night they were very responsive, and did not make me feel like I should not be asking for a last minute cake. Now keep in mind, this was a basic cake, no specific design. It was beautiful though! It could have been at any event just the way it was presented. Oh! I asked for extra frosting......SHE DELIVERED!! I asked for extra filling...SHE DELIVERED! Im not sure what my favorite part is, the cake or the frosting. I have been ordering Dominican Cakes for Years.....her cake is hands down the best and the frosting,,,,,,,, is THE BEST IVE EVERRRRRRRRRRR HAD! Let's not stop there though, the person that greeted me at the door ( I think it was her husband) was very nice. He even carried the heavy cake to my car and placed it in the front seat.......WOW! I’m from NY and my best friend of 15+ years moved to Naples, Fl. recently. This year was her first year celebrating with out a lot of her friends and family. I did some searching online and thankfully found Sweet Town. I was thrilled bc my bestie loves Dominican cake and would be delighted to have some for her bday. Sweet Town was so great and accommodating. They were very informative from the beginning and very helpful throughout the whole process. I really can’t thank them enough! They made my best friend smile and brought a little NY twist to her without even knowing it... coincidently the owners husband wore a NY Yankee jersey when delivering the cake and made Her day even more.
