My husband and I’s experience at Thai 2 Go was average at best. The time it took from placing the order to being told it would be ready was about ten minutes which is a really good turn around for take out. Along with the fact our food was still hot by the time we were able to sit down and eat about twenty minutes after pick up. Their customer service has been exceptional with trying to make our overall experience better.

However, we were disappointed with the food. My husband ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and he said it was bland with no flavor. He ordered extra spice to add to it, since we accidentally ordered it with no spice at first (our fault entirely). He said it definitely needed the spice added in to have any type of flavor. I ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken and found the noodles/sauce to taste great. But something on the chicken gave it a sharp chemical like taste. Which was disappointing because I wasn’t able to enjoy the dish to the fullest. We had ordered a side of fried rice for our kid to eat and I noticed he barely ate it. I wasn’t sure if it was because of the day we had or if he didn’t like it. When I was packing the left over rice to have the next day, I noticed what seemed to be a bottle seal near the bottom (pictures attached). Similar to those found on new bottles of sauces, etc. It was scary to find that since my kid could have eaten it if he had an appetite that night.

My husband and I also experienced some stomach issues the following day. General GI upset and discomfort.

Overall we were disappointed with our experience. Especially since the hundreds of raving reviews for this establishments food.

Edit: We fully appreciate the response from the restaurant about the experience we had. Along with the refund which we were not expecting at all. While I wasn’t able to check the container to see if the piece I found came from it, I’d like to believe that’s what happened. Accidents can happen in any part of the process. If we are ever back in that area, we might consider giving them another chance and hope it will reflect the...

Thai to Go in the Lemon Bay Plaza, right beside Bay Fit, is an absolute gem! Their food is beyond amazing, and I can't get enough of their Drunken Noodle with beef and shrimp or the Pineapple Fried Rice with all the fixings – seriously, it's a flavor explosion in every bite.

What makes this place even more incredible is its versatility. Whether it's a pre or post-workout meal or a full-blown dining experience, Thai to Go uses only the finest ingredients and the freshest produce. Their commitment to quality is evident in every dish they serve.

The cleanliness of the environment is top-notch, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere. The staff here is incredibly professional, ensuring you have a memorable dining experience every time you visit.

One of the standout features of Thai to Go is their speed. If you're in a rush, just walk in and they'll whip up your order right on the spot. And the best part? It tastes like it was just prepared in Thailand – that authentic Thai flavor is truly unbeatable.

In short, Thai to Go is a culinary paradise that delivers consistently fantastic food in a clean, professional, and speedy manner. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out on a Thai food adventure that will transport your taste buds straight...

Just got the chicken Pad Thai, Crispy Spring rolls, and Tom Yum. The food is absolutely phenomenal! The Pad Thai noodles were perfect, and the chicken was tender. This is a must try. The crispy spring rolls were fresh. The best I've ever had. The Tom Yum was a perfect balance of spicy and sour. If you like spicy food, this is a go-to soap. The mushrooms and chicken were to die for. If you never had Thai food, this is a great local place to dip your feet in and try. I've been eating Thai food for over 20 years now. This is as close to authentic Thai that you can get around here. The service was really good. Very friendly staff. The portions of food are more than enough. If you are a spicy food person. Ask for the Thai Chilli sauce. It's made fresh daily and is spectacular. I...

I love Thai 2 Go! Their food is amazingly delicious! I've tried the pad thai with chicken, pad thai with shrimp, fried rice with chicken, krab rangoon, and a few others. My daughter loves the fried rice with chicken. You got a great portion for the price also. The staff is always very helpful and extremely. I've done online ordering and that's gone smoothly, too. I greatly appreciate getting a text when my food is ready so I can head over to pick it up without having to wait. Every interaction I've had here has been flawless and above and beyond my expectations. *I included a picture of the shrimp pad thai and krab rangoon but please note that I ate a few of the krab rangoons already because I was desperate to eat this deliciousness so it does come with more than what's pictured.

Small but cute little spot in Englewood. I was excited to see Thai food in the neighborhood & figured I would try it out! I had the fresh spring rolls, medium pad Thai with chicken & the mango sticky rice. I definitely have to note the chicken was tender & flavorful - not dried out like some places. The service was very kind & friendly. I like how they have an optional rewards system - stamp card for when you make multiple visits to get money off your orders. I will definitely return!
