I’ve been to the food truck multiple times now. The food is good but it’s a hit and miss with the Pad Thai noodles. I’ve ordered it 4 times and unfortunately 3 times they were totally over cooked and very mushy. Which still didn’t make me stop ordering them, because the flavor was always really good. They don’t have any prices advertised (at least not the day we went) and they also don’t give you a itemized receipt once you pay. Usually I pay around $20 for my meal. Last time I went, my husband went with me and ordered too. We expected to pay around $45. We didn’t even order drinks. But were charged $82. Read moreMy fellow Thai food lovers- we had the pleasure of finding this hidden gem and we were not disappointed. We were craving Thai food but did not want to go all the way into Riverview so I searched Google for Thai food near me and Thai Garden popped up. I have to say that the owners were so pleasant, engaged in a brief conversation with my husband about their hopes and plans for the land and how they grow their own vegetables. Although this is a food truck, it is more than that-the care and love that goes into the food is amazing. The packaging was careful and our food was hot (steam came out when we took the lid off) when we got home- the spring rolls and dumplings were still crispy and not soggy. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and reasonably priced. Everything we ordered was divine and on point. We will definitely be back. They are off 301 south on a side road (Saffold) across from Little Manatee Kayaks. If you love Thai- try them, you will not be...

The owners, Glenn and Sandy, are incredibly welcoming and passionate about serving authentic Thai cuisine.
They grow their own herbs, use fresh ingredients (no shortcuts here), and make everything from scratch—including rich, full-bodied coconut milk and fresh-frozen noodles.
The food is incredible.
The Crab Rangoons are the best I’ve ever had—crispy, generously filled, and packed with flavor.
The Chicken Pad Thai (Medium Hot), Green curry (Thai Hot), and Panang Curry (Medium Hot) were all perfectly balanced, full of fresh veggies and bold, authentic flavors.
You can taste the quality in every bite.
This is Thai food done right, and we’re already planning our next visit.
