I called and placed a pick up order, asked for 2 orders of 3 pancakes Randy the man on the phone told me they only come in orders of 2 or 4, so I said I’ll get 2 orders of the 4 pancakes I ordered 2 eggs and biscuits and gravy and a side of 2 eggs was $60 which was fine but a little crazy for breakfast food. I pick up my order and there’s 2 pancakes in each box so I call and explain what happened and Randy, don’t know if it was a boy or a girl was extremely rude to defend himself and treat me like an idiot when he messed up my order and their pancakes were honestly awful the place is a mess, a breakfeast place being dead on a Sunday morning Is crazy and it explains a lot. they don’t even have enough sense to put the to go boxes right side up🤣. I work in customer service I deal with AWFUL customers and NEVER speak to them the way that Randy spoke to me after I was really nice considering my order was messed up after I drove 25 min to support this VERY small buisness, i highly doubt they’ll make it till next Christmas it’s sad.

My reply to your reply is I was assuming with a named Randy it was a man, when really it sounded like a 16 year old girl with an attitude who was about to piss her pants cause she had someone mad at her, 1. I didn’t say it was messy and dirty I said your customer service and the way you run the place is a mess and yes my husband came in who also has eyes and a mouth report what he saw if that is what i was saying which it wasn’t. And I have no clue where you got Bella Mia or any language out of my comment🤣 I wonder how old you are you must really be off your rocker. used to be a good place, my dad came here every weekend but customer service is absolutely wild, you don’t even get treated that way at McDonald’s with a bunch of 16 year old kids and they have more than enough reviews saying...

Go Go Diner, Pondella Rd, N. Ft. Myers, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.

I order the western omelette. It is $9.99 ... Which I thought was expensive. And it is compared compered to other joints.

BUT... I have found it worthy at this price. Here is why.

They use 3 LARGE eggs...the eggs are cooked properly. ALL of the ingredients are chopped in mouth size pieces. The eggs are stuffed to overflowing. And it just tasted so much better .

The sides of the house potato were perfect. A nice portion, very moist and grilled properly.

My toast was a thick slice of fresh bread, expertly butter and toasted.

Service was on pare.Done well.

After 2 years of hearing how great Go Go diner is I was able to go. But unless you are a corn beef hash aficionado it is just a good diner. Nothing spectacular.

I was there on a Sunday morn. I was surprise as to how small it was. My server Randy was great. Coffee.... good for coffee. Corn beef hash is the specialty but I am not a hash type.. A variety of of pancakes, red velvet, chocolate chip blue berries etc.

What is the big deal of red velvet cake and such???? It seems to be all over here.

Anyway. I had the Rebel Rebellion. 3 eggs, your style, 4 thick slices of bacon(mmmmmmm) and the southern staple of biscuit and gravy. All very good ,easier to buy then make for self at home.

Over all a good diner, but outstanding IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII don't think so. Would I go...

Service good. Food great. Price for our breakfast was outragous for two people. The waitress suggested the special which was two eggs, hash and a biscuit with gravy. I was extremely pleased with the hash. It was fresh and had great flavor. We both had coffee which was good. Now there was no sign saying what the special was or how much it cost and she made the suggestion to us before we read the menu so I didn't pay attention to the cost. Now I believe that a breakfast with coffee on average costs between $8 and $10 at a usual cafe. When we received our bill it was $31.80. Yes I said thirty one dollars and eighty cents. With the $4 tip my friend and I walked out spending over $35. Now the food and service were great but it sure took away from the enjoyment we had with our experience here. I'm sad to say I will not be returning to this restaurant again. Also a note that there were only two other people in the restaurant at 9am. I think I now know the reason why. I really hate giving bad reviews which I rarely give a review anyway but this time I feel it was deserving of my time for...

Our first time here after a dear friend told us about this dinner. It's located at a small shopping area with not many places that are open. Mostly places have relocated or closed down. It's a small adorable place with a friendly waitress there during our visit. I forget her name but she worked the morning shift on the 22nd of May, 2025. She told us about the specials and was courteous and professional, she didn't rush us with our order and has a friendly smile and attitude. We ordered the "Country Bowl" from the list of specials that day and the "Two Two Two". The food was delicious and filling, the establishment was clean and cool on a warm morning day. We have to return again and try something of the lunch menu, they only serve breakfast and lunch. The portions are great and you'll be satisfied with the amount of food served. The chef did an excellent job with our dishes, thank you.

If your looking for a cheap breakfast, this isn't for you. If you enjoy great food and friendly service at a fair price in a local business this is the spot. We were greeted by a motherly southern hostess who seated us and got our drinks. The server knew the menu and how it was cooked, my first visit so a lot of questions. His descriptions and advice were spot on. I had the corn beef hash and eggs, my wife the biscuits & gravy with eggs. We both said it was the best we ever had and that was no exsaduration. Our bill with beverages was $25 a little pricy for a diner breakfast but worth that and more. I cannot figure out if I want to go often or for special times and keep this as a real treat. Maybe some combination of both.
