Let me start by saying, the food here is really wonderful. For the last 5 years my husband, our children and myself have really enjoyed coming here. We dine in often, order take out often and every now and then got a delivery. From our first time ever coming here we knew that we found our spot. For almost 5 years that has remained the same. Always good service, always great food. Friday nights is always our day to get out and unwind and enjoy the next couple of days off. Over the last several months something has shifted at Vic’s. As customers we should be able to expect attentive service, to come in and have a few drinks, enjoy our dinner and go when we’re ready. It used to be this way every visit. Now it all depends on who our server is. One of their main servers who seems to be in charge and used to be very good, is now very inattentive, no longer refills drinks, takes an excessive amount of time to get our bill and boxes and is constantly disappearing. When at the table she’s very shifty and chews gum rapidly which is a health code issue in itself. We’ve brought our concerns of this behavior and other disturbing things to the owners attention a few times and nothing seems to change. We used to really enjoy spending time here. Having a few cocktails, watching whatever game is on chatting with friendly servers and even sometimes the owner. It was so well run, everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. Now it’s much different. Employees gathering by the to go counter having conversations that aren’t appropriate at all, when we call in for to go food we’re either put on hold for a long time, told they’re not doing to go orders at all or our order is taken with impatience and sometimes attitude. We miss the old days. We miss the fun, friendly atmosphere it was not so long ago. We miss the quality of service we received no matter who our server was and we especially miss the passes through the dining room that were made just to ask and ensure we had what we needed and that everything was good. Until things get better we unfortunately will be looking for another hangout. We truly hope we will be able to change our review back to the 5 star...

Tried it for the first time last night. The pizza was not good. It reminded me of a frozen pizza. The crust was bland, the toppings tiny and lacking, not much cheese. Service was good, but we just ordered and she brought the pizza out when ready. Though I had to get up and go ask for parmesan cheese and chili flake. Not a big deal, but why not have it on the table? When you pizza comes, you want to dig in, not go get in line and wait for someone to help you. Also wanted to order a coney dog, but they had no coney sauce. The stuffed mushrooms tasted like frozen store bought. My wife didn't like them. I thought they were ok. You seat yourself, but all of the tables were dirty. I had to wipe one off myself. Server watched me do that and never came to take a wet rag to it. I guess me using my hand was good enough. And it was slow, so no reason not clean your tables. But really, the pizza just was poor. I'd never go there for that pizza. And that makes me wonder if other things are good there since that is their #1 item. Too bad, I had high hopes that we would have a good pizza...
