Waffle House — Restaurant in Florida

Called in an order at almost 4am and was told 15 min. Got there and the order was basically done in that time. Then after paying almost $50 saw I didn't get my 2 orders off cheese grits with extra cheese(wasn't even made) then got home and my wife's order didn't have her pecan waffle with her order. When I called the lady(Holly I believe) told me it wasn't even made and forgotten all together and didn't offer me any thing other than to spend almost 40 more min to drive back up there and back just for a waffle. This is not the only time I've had my order messed up from here (less often than not but still) and it's always been when they have no excuse. I was the only person in there aside from one guy who was already eating. No excuse for me to have been missing anything at all much less a WAFFLE from WAFFLE house! And the place was also disgusting and had dirty rags and cleaning supplies on the counter where people eat and next to the one other person's food who was in there. I've had mistakes from places before but this was ridiculous and there was no excuse(especially for almost $50) unless they wanted to clean more than serve customers but that wasn't done either. Do not recommend for cleanliness or service. Only saving grace was the food that I did get was good. I'd say 3...

Stopped for a late meal, place was a little busy, but staff seemed to be handling things. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Food was well cooked. In fact we thought we had had a good experience till the next day when I saw they had charged us 3 times. The meal was overpriced enough to start with, but being charged $44.50 X 3 for 2 people to have breakfast is way over the top. Nothing like being raped and robbed for a couple of eggs and a waffle. To top that off, Waffle House customer service has dropped to a 1 on a 1-10 scale. They don't even answer the phone anymore. They just assume everyone that calls wants to order food, so they have a recording telling you to go to their site and order. But there isn't a place to request help, no contact info in case you do get raped and robbed. I am going to have to alter my trip and bear the expense to get back to the location to make them give my money back. I get COVID changed the world. But if Waffle House is an example of those changes, I'm gonna have to take my money elsewhere or pack a lunch next time. That way, I don't have to expose myself to being robbed for 2 eggs...

Where do I start.... This store was packed as soon as a table got cleaned another would sit down. The cheese steak bowls and melts were selling left and right. I had to try one. My cheese steak melt was amazingly cooked. A little greasy but damn good. The hash browns were perfectly cooked; browned and not burnt 😋. Shout out to the waitresses, they were all wonderful! Not one person was mad or upset. They looked really professional for an open kitchen restaurant. So nice and fast on filling drinks or coffee. Listen, the food was so good we had to get seconds to take home. We will definitely be coming back to see the cooks and waitresses! The staff in this restaurant should definitely be getting...
