Me and Wawa we were ok. But now? Itâs my 530am alarm. Itâs not just about the coffee or the delicious ham egg and cheese Sizzli... itâs how efficient this specific location is every morning when I have to run in and out. I have multiple Wawaâs on my way to work but I have a serious relationship with this location lol. First time I went in for a coffee about 3 months ago I met Brianna, went inside and we just started talking like we saw each other yesterday...I didnât even know whoâs she was but she has a bubbly personality like me so I can relate, now I go in and here I am looking for her face. Then a few weeks later I come in and I notice they are bringing out the Sizzliâs but I donât see my ham egg and cheese sandwich, then there comes Taekesh and he asks which one am I looking for and he pulls out two of the sandwiches and hands them to me. You know when someone understands the sense of urgency and gets it done with a smile on their face? Thatâs him! And finally....JOE JOE JOE...so happens this gentleman was always at the register every time I went to pay, it wasnât until early December when I returned from a missionary trip that it hit me how much I actually appreciated coming here. As I was paying he said I looked tired I didnât usually look like that and I told him I just got back from an overwhelming trip and I needed extra coffee. He said âcoffee is on the houseâ. Whaaaaaaaaaa??? Not even when I worked at race trac years ago I was allowed to do that. But wait, thereâs more....end of December comes along and I had to leave work at 10pm and be back at 5am, breakfast wasnât ready Because I was there earlier than usual so I couldnât complain though I was already cranky I hadnât slept. Was that a problem for Joe? Nope! He said wait here I will be right back, 5 min later brought me my favorite sandwich. God is Good? See, now I have to be faithful to these people and drop in when I work morning shifts. Iâm proud to Switch over to the rest of my coworkers and become a Wawa fan. Your service is beyond expected that one of our pilots even pre ordered their lunch from here. I love aviation and what better way than to have Wawa in my System early in the morning. Evening shift, overnight, early morning is totally different! Was just there this evening getting out of work, no one waiting and behind the "hoagiefest" counter three people continued to laugh and dance for 3-4 minutes before realizing they had one order to make. I will give the credit that it was made right but being that it was a cold sub, cold ingredients they had available and made it in about a minute, I was left to stand around after paying while they just had their own little "party".
They're not the only ones that work late! Not sure who was working between 11:15-11:40pm but I'll make sure to head elsewhere if I see their faces dancing, laughing, and not making food next time. To add insult to failure, the next order to come out was not for anyone there, then another two online orders, and then finally mine after letting them know my order number. Paid for at 11:18 finally received at 11:29pm.

   Read moreI feel very offended by the manager Vincent. While using the Lotto machine it froze and I asked him if he could reset it, he rolled his eyes and walked over. Also my favorite ticket ran out and I saw a unopened pack inside the machine when he opened it and asked him if I could buy it from there he rolled his eyes again and.said No because it wouldn't ring up properly. He reset the machine and it froze again so I asked him if i could get a refund and he said no and rolled his eyes again. Once again the machine froze so I asked since I already paid if he could just give me a ticket from the unopened packs and e said no which I understand but he was very rude. Then I asked could i get a receipt and possibly come back to prove I paid and just rolled his eyes again. I understand the machines don't give refunds and it's not his fault it wasnt working ut he offered me no solutions and was simply rude. I feel as though I was very polite and seeing as me and my husband just spent 60 dollars I felt it was very reasonable for me to ask questions to solve...
