Stopped here to try to grab something and go. Waited patiently as my family was 5th in line. The manager, Joseph T., was taking orders as there were visibly 3 employees in the back conversation in creole, only 1 preparing the food to order. When we were next, the manager walked away to do something then came back and (politely) attended to some lady that had just walked up, who asked for a cup. Then he said next. Upon taking our order his tone was rude. The 2 gentlemen ahead of us received their cups at time of ordering, as well as everyone who ordered after us, but my family did not. We ordered 5 meals with 4 sodas, a lemonade, and a frosty. Receipt shows 6:10 pm. When our order was called, there was only 2 meals. So we said all the drinks, the three 10 piece Nuggets, and 3 fries were missing. The employee took our entire bag back (unnecessarily because she should’ve just put the 3 meals into a separate bag considering covid precautions and instead of over filling one, which we had to ask for a second bag). As we waited for the rest of the order, I noticed the manager wasn’t attending to anyone so I said politely “excuse me”, and he rudely replied “wait until I’m done with what I’m doing”, then went and took the next order. The employee came back and passed us this over filled bag, and walked away. There was still an order of fries missing! My husband finally got the managers attention and asked for our cups, the manager looked at our receipt for a good minute, then passed us FOUR cups, then went and took another order, completely disregarding the lemonade and frosty. After the order, the manager passed in front of us completely ignoring us and went to the back. My husband got the attention of an employee and she just handed us an order of fries without even putting it in a bag, and walked away. We ended up having to just grab 2 and not getting the lemonade or frosty that were over paid for, because it was 6:42 pm...

The cashier said she could not give me extra honey butter. fortunately there was a manager there. I explained to him my plight of the lack of Honey butter on my chicken biscuit. he went out of his way to find me the honey butter. He even had to go find a little container probably took him five minutes, but he made it his mission to do that for me. The person ringing me up was kind, I asked why it was so much and she said the button was broken and had to ask management. Manager when walks over to ring me up and charges me for the baconpub fries since the baconator fries button is broken, which is still more expensive than the advertised 4.04 baconator fries on the menu. Manager says this is what the cost has to be because the button is broken. Y'all, this location is literally ripping off people if they order baconator fries.
